Just want to know where to find duke blacke for timed 10min quest

    Duke Black is found randomly throughout Arch, you may want to click your Coordinates assistant to help you find him.

    If it's part of the Tideborn quest chain, don't bother looking for him. The quest fails the moment you speak with him. Stay at the center of Raging Tides and DON'T move no matter what. :)
