There isn't a way. That's why people hate assassins.

They decide when the fight begins, and they typically decide when to start the fight when you're distracted, injured or otherwise at a severe disadvantage. I've had sins jump me the moment someone else fights me, the moment I start chatting, the moment I switch to Black voodoo (and I mean -THE- moment, after 20 minutes of waiting on white voodoo); everything. I know a sin in particular who generally only jumps people when he has Maze Steps + Ironguard Powder, making him invincible for 12 seconds.

Technically the only way to "beat them" is to live a paranoid life in +12 gears with ironguards hotkey'd, expel and absolute domain on your genie, absolutely refusing to chat, fight anyone else or go to the bathroom, but that's boring and annoying as hell. I'm sure you're like everyone else and would rather not act so paranoid while PLAYING A GAME FOR FUN.

What a sin considers "PVP" truly isn't, by most standards. Just learn to laugh at the fact that these morons somehow get jollies and ego points by jumping helpless targets all day. It'd be the same as if I would constantly wait around street corners until I saw a chance to push over a person with autism, deciding I was the best ***** since Mike Tyson when the autistic guy's face hits the floor.

    Longknife you're my hero.

I hate stealth ganking sins. A skilled sin can do pretty well without those lame tactics. I play a sin because I like the style of the class, not because it is so OP stealthing and stuff. It kinda sucks, everyone hates sins because there are a lot of people out there who abuse the stealth feat that badly and can't do anything except "stun from stealth - demon spark - occult ice - kill - shadow escape". It really is no fun only to sneak up on people when they least expect it. b:surrender Maybe it's because I played a wizard, before... I don't know.

What I think is hilarious, is using a random AOE that just happens to hit a stealthed Sin about to PK me. It suprises them and allows me to one shot em. x3

the best way is to get a lvl 105 sin to be your frnd and go find the sin who just kiled you have him stun lock that sin than unleash all you fury on him ............................. Yeah right , want to beat a sin get real thers no way unless you gank em , you cant beat sins 1v1 unless you always have immune pots and fortify on genie ,even than your never 100% sure your gona be able to beat them . There is a reason the new expansion will have a class who can see sin stealth , and I HATE YOU GOD DAMM FISHES < RAGE, RAGE RAGE >

your bound to get stealth stunned i mean sorry but how can we anticipate it 90% of the time its random it is so agravating a lv 78 sin has a stealh lv of 108 i mean really ? so we have to be 108 to see a lv 78 so we lv 9x cant do anything against it unless we know its there

For barbs mainly Well i always got 3x sparks on me plus lots of spark pots heres a few tactics if a sin appears and 3x's Use either your 79 skill prevents stun/sleep/freeze or use a iron guard pot or both if u got time then use your 3x Note sins run when barbs spark so occalt or mighty swing bascily keep them stuned if they go poof on you wait around when they pop out again use expal :) and do your best to drop them/ Another way for demon barbs is STAY tiger you do same damage but far more hp If your in tiger adn a sin trys to attack you use freighten occalt ice 3x devuor and flesh most sins are la and fleshrem does damage over time whice is good they cant go invisble while being hurt.NOTE you gotta be fast Now if your a demon claw or fist barb with above 3.0 while in humen use 79 skill 3x occalt and auto attack :) you should drop them in a few secs (MUST HAVE BLOOD BATH) just for safty :) if they live use ToP wait til it get full health above 19k n armagedon that should kill them. SAGE BARBS your best bet is to wait for the chance there guard is down note must have a 2x spark pot Armageddon use 2x spark pot then ToP wait for it to max out health n armageddon again they can only survive 1 fatal blow with dreaded nerve and aramgeddon and sage barbs hit hard as hell Note the demon lv 11 version is scaryer lol Or you can try ToP+Extreme poison+frenzy+armageddon thats just beasty as hell

Guess i'm not the only one that doesnt like sins! b:shutup Its the timing more than anything that helps you survive tho. Typically when a sin stuns me from stealth I wait for it to get a couple of attacks in then domain. Thats usually gives enough time to tank the initial attacks- then during anti-stun period I plume shell.

Mostly all that tends to do the trick and I survive. =x

    /thread

what is a REAL way to survive a ninja stealth gank? i mean, they pop out of no where and kill you before u even have time to react(this goes for about 75% of all players who play squishy classes -.-').

and im pretty sure they can get a good bite out of a barb or bm's charm before they can react as well

Wait for the Earthguard race to come out. They have detection pot skills. Their foreheads are also now diamonds.
