Go to any vendor and click "goods". At the bottom of that window there is a "repair" and a "repair all" button. If you choose repair all, all of your equipment will be repaired. If you choose "repair" you must choose which idividual item you wish to repair.

You can either buy a new one at the blacksmith (depending on how good it was..) or repair it. At lvl 9 you shouldn't waste money on a new one, you will get some better ones soon.

How to repair? You go to the near city/village and find a merchant/apothecary/tailor/blacksmith. Double click on them, choose the option 'goods', then, when the window opens, click on repair and then on the item you wanna repair in your inv (soulsphere). That should do the trick.b:thanks

Personally, I always click on the "Repair All" option. This prevents you from running out on a quest after just repairing an item only to have another piece break soon after starting the quest.
