what is a REAL way to survive a ninja stealth gank? i mean, they pop out of no where and kill you before u even have time to react(this goes for about 75% of all players who play squishy classes -.-').

and im pretty sure they can get a good bite out of a barb or bm's charm before they can react as well
One corn to rule them all and in the darkness cream them

Expel yourself right when they attack you. (Note I don't have this skill but it works great for other people that have it)

Domain works sometimes too but usually a sins tackling slash lasts longer than the invincibility and anti stun duration of domain and you'll just get stunned/sealed/slept again.

Has anyone ever found Holy Path useful when Sins jump you like that? I mean like when they come out of stealth and right when they attack the first time, then you use Holy Path and run then attack (or at least get a chance to get away and react, lol) or is it not enough to make you survive? ._.,,

I always open with Tackling Slash so whoever Expels gets to sit there and wait while I pop Occult Ice a couple of seconds before Expel runs out. This only works if they are alone of course, else they buy enough time to tank it in Expel while others get you. Domain + stun back or kite would be more effective if you are alone.

Any fish with half of a brain will open with at least stun if not freeze so HP won't do anything while you are stunned or frozen.

Well thats sometimes true about expel. But I feel its also easier to tank damage after expel is over since 3 spark and 2 spark is usually over or about to be over once expel wears off. I may be a bit biased for mages since we can also blink out from tackling slash and get a few shots off and seal them.

I check my target's genie before attack and do not spark first if they have Expel b:chuckle. Blink could work but most AA are hardwired to press panic button when someone appears next to themb:chuckle. Blink is usually followed by tele stun b:avoid.

If you see a sin stealth in your area, count to 5 and pop an anti-stun pot/skill. Cause they're coming for you.

Then when they realise you're still moving, HP away or attack at will :3

You use Occult Ice on them and hopefully their stun will wear off before yours and then Holy Path away or use another long lasting stun and ride on your mount to run. ;D

What if they stun you first, and then when you use OI, they do too? then you will be stunned for a longer time, and most likely, die.

Ture, but that would only work if you are getting attacked by a assassin who doesn't have that genie skill.

There is also Absolute Domain and Apoth pots that can help as well.

    assumeing = gear and skill

there is no way to counter repeated stealthganks

    you...will...die

now if the sins an idiot (most are) expell/domain antistun and kill em fast

if they are competent you will die simple as that broken class is broken not QQ just how it works

the best "counter" would be expell yourself let then force stealth>awareness apoc>kill (does not work with lvl 11 stealth)
Gifs are hard to make work here

Youy just die and that s it. Sometimes when i m in white voodoo with soul of ret on, a sin pop out of stealth and i m already dead, you don t even have time to press a skill. Just get used to it you can t stay alive forever, kill that sin next time you see him and that s about it. b:chuckle

Expell is a nice genie skill, but a sin who have a brain return in stealh mode and wait the end of the spell -.-

    Anti-stun(Genie)+immune pots is the best

Jump around. When I'm in pk I'm ALWAYS jumping. 99% of the time i get stunned in the air then the attacker waste's time on either a) deciding whether he should fly up or wait or b) actually flying up. For the most part this allows me to ad at a later time so that I'm actually free. But some sins (especially csed sins) will most likely kill you still lol also for archers if you time the ad right you can spam alacrity then have time to wings of grace or pop an ig/tranq. just really depends on stealth ganks.

99% of the time I use faith right away and that never fails at lvl 10. then i either kite and nova or ill chain faith with 12 sec immune pot so i can still attk and ill nova and 95% of the time that will wrk out for me. The average sin and even a decent portion of the cash shop sins are easy to kill if lvl 11 nova procs and even if it doesnt if lvl 11 ironw wood procs they still die super fast. Thereareo nly a few sins out there that are good enough to know how to avoid this bc most sins just keep attking even though im immuned. And for those, they normaLLY GO STEAKTH AGAIN AS IM NOVAING BC I ALREADY USED immune pot so in that case i spam feral concentration and then spam 3 second anti stun genie skill fortify and that almost always works for me. or......just get tired of it, lvl up and go get a detection pot....that wrks to lol.

hey if it works why not? lol pisses people off wasting time deciding whether to fly up or not and barbs spam stunning is almost as bad as bms stunlocking lol I mean lets face it, its not like youll have time to use wings of grace on a surprise stun or alacrity

The jumping thing works most of the time. But sometimes the sin stuns/freezes you while you are in jump mode but still in range of melee attacks on the ground. Thats the worst possible situation to be in since he can hit you, but since you are still stuck in jump mode you can't hit him. It's happened to me a couple times and its highly annoying lol.

And Jit what does faith do lol. I'm too lazy to log in and check genie skills Q_Q

There isn't a way. That's why people hate assassins.

They decide when the fight begins, and they typically decide when to start the fight when you're distracted, injured or otherwise at a severe disadvantage. I've had sins jump me the moment someone else fights me, the moment I start chatting, the moment I switch to Black voodoo (and I mean -THE- moment, after 20 minutes of waiting on white voodoo); everything. I know a sin in particular who generally only jumps people when he has Maze Steps + Ironguard Powder, making him invincible for 12 seconds.

Technically the only way to "beat them" is to live a paranoid life in +12 gears with ironguards hotkey'd, expel and absolute domain on your genie, absolutely refusing to chat, fight anyone else or go to the bathroom, but that's boring and annoying as hell. I'm sure you're like everyone else and would rather not act so paranoid while PLAYING A GAME FOR FUN.

What a sin considers "PVP" truly isn't, by most standards. Just learn to laugh at the fact that these morons somehow get jollies and ego points by jumping helpless targets all day. It'd be the same as if I would constantly wait around street corners until I saw a chance to push over a person with autism, deciding I was the best ***** since Mike Tyson when the autistic guy's face hits the floor.

Expel -> Force Log, Enter your Account "Force Login" on your second computer and Log on your lvl103+ Assasin who can see the invisible enemy and pew pew him out of nowhere

Add a "spend money" somewhere in there

logging your assasin out near the location of your Fun-to-Play-No-Piewalk-Class enhances this
