Hello,
When I try to open the game I get this:
I have tried to disable my firewall, I have reinstalled twice, verified at least 3 times, tried updated my DirectX and nothing will work.

I believe what you need to do is to make sure you have the East Asian Language Pack installed, then it should work properly. Darthpanda may come in here and tell you the specifics.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I had that issue when win7 updated the video card drivers. Check and re-install you video card driver and see if that fixed the issue. (Note: you must Un-install the drivers BEFORE you install the new ones.)Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

Sorry I'm not very famaliar with these kinds of things.. could you give me a URL where I can d/l the drivers? I have windows 7 32-bit. Thanks

You can't unisntal nvidea drivers only ati.you mght want to try running it as admin.Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.0 -

According to your DXDiag log, you do not have any drivers installed for your video card/chipset, or they were not properly installed/are corrupted.
Please consult your system or video card manufacturer's support website to obtain the latest drivers for your system.
Please make sure windows updates is turned on, and install all important updates listed.
Also update your sound, network, and mainboard drivers from your system manufacturers support website for your model number of system.
Make sure that Direct Draw and Direct 3d is enabled too.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

I will try these now; I wonder why the game worked perfectly fine when I had Windows XP with the same settings and not now..

with windows 7 go to start, all programs, accessories, then click Run then type in dxdiag.exe it will then run a program which is obviously called dxdiag which is diagnostics for directx if you click the video tab you can enable there but you can only enable them if the video card is properly installed, but saying that they should be enabled by default if they are not then you have issues with your drivers.

Actually, yes you can. You just need to download the tool for a complete removal. The site for your display driver.
Nvidia = www.nvidia.com
ATI = www.amd.com (because AMD bought ATI)
you'll click settings, and both have a tool that will scan your system and tell you which driver you need.
I might be a good idea to make friends with someone familiar with computers or ask your parents if you are clueless.0
