I believe this has been disccussed, but I also have reason to believe people had discussed whether it was:
50% accuracy reduction for 10 seconds (lvl 10)

then either another 50% reduction (bringing to 75%) or 50% extra time (15 seconds)

I've just come across this.
What to believe? PW Database or the game.

They can all be taken to mean slightly different things..

So where did the reduction of crit come from?
Was that actually the mod at one point from another version/

really weird... http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/9551 says that it reduces CRIT RATE for 15 secs (5 secs more than lvl 10 SS)...

There is no critrate debuff in PWI as far as I know.

duration of the accuracy debuff increases from 10 up to 15 seconds in my opinion but maybe some wiz who got the skill already can tell us
