I'm going to be buying an $20 UGC soon, but I've been reading many posts about tax problems/people not being able to get the full 20 gold. I live in the US, will this happen to me?
Is there a way to receive the full 20 gold?

What if I buy 2 $10 Ultimate Game Cards? I'll get 20 gold, right?

    I believe in the us, you get the full amount of gold that you bought. I think that only applies to Canada.

    Np, and I bought a PWI (not the ultmate one) game card and got all the gold (10$ worth) transfered if that helps. (I live in the us too)
