Is there an easy to understand guide for Blademasters?

(not the Lyndura's Blademaster Guide please)

I just want to know where I put my 10 skill points every 2 levels and what armor / weapon I should use.

I have problems reading so please keep it simple enough for a 1st grader to understand.

Thanks

3 str 2 dex every level, cap dex at 200, then get enough str for whatever axes you choose to wield. 272 is enough for TT90 gold, which work just fine. id recommend getting a little vit afterwards.

I didn't follow a set path but for the most part every lvl I did 1 vit, 1 dex, and 3 str (occasionally mixing it up depending on gear requirements).

I used heavy armor and followed a pure axe/vitality build. Dual axes getting the 60 tt axes and and then 70 calamity axes with accuracy shards.

(other people here may tell you thats wrong lol)

    What to Wear: Heavy Armor
How to spend stat points (per lvl): 3 strength, 2 dex
    Cap dex at like 200.
Cap str at like 300. (more or less depending on your own preferences)

    Have fun.

Probably because the best armor and weapons in the game have a max strength of 302 I think.... Beyond that most would prefer dex or maybe even a point or 2 in vit.

I used the pwi calculator to look it all up on where to distribute points and plan for gear.... But thats just me

There's nothing wrong with capping STR. As I posted in another thread, which I can't find atm, there are different viable builds that may or may not involve in capping STR.

A main reason to cap STR is to have more in VIT for PvP. VIT offers you the survivability if you can't afford to refine armor to +10 or w/e. Sure, STR increase your damage, but when you are dead, your damage = 0. Jone's blessing makes it very hard to stay alive with average refines and no VIT.

    This quote @ Fist_Mama

You may have played the game for a while, but if you don't know the simple fact that capping your str at 300 gives you access to anything in game, along with 200 dex (because gear will add both str and dex to your stats) you can basically wear anything in the game you want (excluding mage gear).

    Easy guide
    Stats (per level):
    • 3 str
    • 2 dex

    Armors:
    • Heavy till lvl 90
      at 90 (for max att/sec):
      • 2 parts light (ex. boots, bracers)
      • 2 parts heavy (ex. legging, top)

    Weapons:
    • Fists/claws (for DD-ing)
    • Axes for AOE-ing (rebirth, fc)

    Advanced guide:
I'm going for all weapon build 3str, 2dex per level. I can use last fist/claw available and last axe/hammer available. You have like lower hp till lvl 70, but after that you get TT70,m put in some lvl 7 hp shards, and you are fine. The damage is awesome too. Fist for questing and solo play, and axe for AOE grinding and team play. Well this is for the build.
For the skills i think it's best to upgrade, like what you need. At lower levels you don't really need skills, fist + normal attack is more than enough. But you must upgrade skills, which you will need in higher levels. Those are "Aura of the golden bell" - the buff; and "Roar of the Pride" - the stuning skill. You need this two in most of the squads after level 40. Well you still need to put all skills atleast to level 1, so you can get another skills at higher level. With upgrading just this two skills you will be OK like till lvl 59. When you reach level 59 you must learn "Heavens Flame". It's best blademaster AOE skill, becousse everyone will damage up to 100% more (at level 10) and that's a really awesome damage. So upgrade that skill too. Well you will need your axe AOE skills now if you wanna fc and level fast. You should learn them at lower levels, if you use axes for primary, but if you are more for fist, then just let them at level 1 till like level 70. Then start leveling "Highlands Cleave" and "Fissure", becousse you will need this two skills in fc at level 80. And i'm sure you will do fc, becousse it's the best way to lvl from 80 till 90. Well becousse two AOE's aren't enough in fc you will need more AOE's. "Drake swept" is a good one too and "Fan of Flames" (which is only for frontal spray, but if mobs are pulled good works great). So you can level till level 89 with those skills: Aura of the golden Bell, Roar of the Pride, Heavens Flame, Highlands Cleave, FIssure, Drake swept, Fan of Flames. Then you choose if you will go sage or demon. And after you choose you must start thinking about sage demon skills. So that mean you must put all of your skills to level 10, so you can get demon/sage ones. Best is if you learn skills which you need 1st and skills which aren't so usefull later. Well at level 100 most of people go for all skills maxed to sage/demon and getting all lvl 79 and 100 skills. But you don't need to rush at lower levels, becousse you won't have enough spirit and money to learn all that at lower levels anyway. Well about sage or demon, is more what you like. You must take a look on all skills, see which ones are better at which way. And you must see which weapon you using at most too. Most blademasters go demon for 5att/sec at level 100 (after they get all the gear). But you can go sage and be a good axe blademaster too. Well it's just your choice. Just remember: "Don't rush with skills, which you don't really need."
... upgrade Diamond Sutra too, if you wanna save some money for pots. But don't upgrade it too much, cuzz can take you too much mp. Just upgrade as much as you need. If you get lvl 10 at like level 90, that ok.
