Installing Issues

when im trying to install the game it says : Failed to open package file! c:\Users\erufailion\Documents\Downloads\PWI Rising Tide.

Can anyone help me?

Also it works to install on my laptop perfectly and that laptop sux lol

    Has your download completed?

    Do you have any comma or special characters in your install directory?

    Is your firewall or antivirus blocking the install? If so, you can temporarily disable it so you can install the game.

    One thing that might solve your problem is running the install as Administrator. A normal User has no permissions to edit files on the C drive (or whatever your hard disk is designated as). Even so-called Administrators are limited by the User Account Control, which was introduced on Vista. Either turn it off in your control panel or be doomed to forever right-clicking on programs to Run as Administrator.

    idk if it downloaded completed cuz i was sleeping lol, well its not anti virus or firewall
