I am interested if the leader can bear certain consequences if it destroys and steals all the money and donations from two guild.
Players with Archosau server knows guild Destiny and Freedom. The same person has stolen donations and money from TW. Is there an option for banning same player.
I think that should put an end to such persons as it is for me as well as the execution of criminal acts.
What do you think?

Realistically nothing was stolen because TW funds go directly to the leader of the faction and it is entirely up to them whether they give it out or not. Donations to a player fall under that same heading as well.

It doesn't make it right, but no, there really isn't anything that the GM's can do about that as there is no rule that says TW Funds and Donations have to be given out to the faction members.

The only real recourse anybody has is to not get into a faction with this person again.
I've got a 'Tude of my own!

Along with what the last poster said, you can always World Chat the name of the player and what he did. It may seem low and/or petty, but that's the only way to prevent others from having it happen to them. Personally, I would take the PMs about "naming-and-shaming" if it saved someone else the same problem.

so this person was the leader/treasurer of one faction, ripped them off, then was allowed to be the leader/treasurer of another faction? what did you think was gonna happen?

    Exactly.

Nothing can be done as far as I know, stuff like that is your guild's responsibility. Don't think anything was done to a player where a similar thing happened in a certain TW faction long ago. You should choose you leader/treasurer more wisely...

    What do you think?

    It happened to Equinox Harshlands.

My husband, the former leader, took break and gave leader and the bank information to his oh-so-loyal Director, Pucker__. So what does he go and do?
1:) He kicks the faction wife (me.) from faction.
2:) He goes in and takes every ounce of TT materials, pots, etc. from out of the numerous banks.
3:) He goes in and breaks into my husband's account, (Don't ask me HOW it happened,) and takes everything that wasn't bound, every scrap of money, every ounce of gold.

And what does this wonderful Assassin DO with all of this bounty?
Nothing. Why? (He was going to buy rank XI is my guess.) (This is by the way, why I hate almost every assassin now.)
Because someone told Zulu about the incident. Now Pucker__ is too afraid to come out and face the music, and has probably rolled another server for fear of constantly getting his **** beat.

Moral of the story? Thieves are cowardly, lowlife fools who have no spine or balls to speak of. They'll wait until your guard is down and then rip out anything you happen to not be looking at. The solution?
    Easy. Don't join crappy factions.

Want another Example? There's a ton on Harshlands.
    Try TeamLlama.
I had been in TeamLlama since I moved from Dreamweaver. I got there sometime around december. I stayed in TeamLlama for 60 full levels. (68, to be exact.)
One day, MrLlama (our wonderful leader) decides to p1ss off an Evoke Cleric during FC, because she wouldn't rez him. (Probably because he was being a jerk.) He goes to town, he kicks the living **** out of her, and apparently she looses two hyper stones, which she isn't given back.

Of course, none of the Llamas knew about that until--
One day I was out helping the lowbies of the faction with a BH 29. I went off to SP (duh big pk spot) and I get five-shotted by a cleric...from Evoke. The same cleric who'd been killed. When I came back, more of the Evokes had spawned and proceeded to beating the living **** out of me. I told the lowbies they were on their own and screamed to MrLlama via Skype to handle this ****.
And then he booted me from the chat.
Furious, I gave up my Marshal position and floated around factionless for some time. In the meanwhile, MrLlama and all of his ****-kissing merry men decided to join Omerta. Then they joined Blackfox.

Finally, around the time where the remaining friends of mine had found Equinox, guess who had returned to TeamLlama, proclaiming that he was ready to 'bring everybody back the way it was?'
Yeah, right. b:chuckle It was dead when he moved everybody out. Now you barely see a Llama kiss a llama lick a llama twice a llama...and it is absolutely his fault. It would break my heart, but throughout that time where I wasn't with him, he proceeded to beat the living daylights out of me.

Basically, word of advice? Join a faction whose leader is worth half a ****, and play nice with people when you can. If your faction is actually WORTH staying in, you'll find yourself enjoying your time ingame because you have people worth being with.

Fuzzy would think the consequences to actions like that are the destruction of ones reputation resulting in an inability to ever do anything again IF they are brave enough to even to continue to log on the same character.

    However...
    ...from two guild.

    ummm.... what? b:shocked

If you knew it happened in one situation why would you ever join another faction with the same person at the helm?

Send a ticket. There's likely nothing to be done BUT if your whole guild stands behind this you may at least get this person banned, perhaps even (don't get your hopes up) some of what he stole. Griefing is certainly against ToS and deliberate fraud would certainly be considered behaviour that would take away from others enjoying the game.

In the end you loose nothing by trying.

Just to throw this out there...naming and shaming isn't allowed in the forums Born_Free, so I bet there will be a post edit coming from one of the forum higher-ups sooner or later.

On-topic now...This is something that is definitely against the ToS and should be dealt with as such. OP, send in a ticket about it and see what happens. Mind you, they won't tell you if they ban somebody, but at least you could feel like you did the right thing.

I speak truths. So long as it's out, that's what counts.
And besides....if they don't get shame, what else do they get? Answer: Away with it. The people whose names I've put out already got their shame: one is hiding with his tail between his legs with a wasted 10x assassin rank 8....the other is a barb with no sense for leadership or loyalty, who sits in his broken faction wondering why people are leaving.

    >.> And I never liked the higher ups anyway....but would I be in the minority when I state that?

C'mon mods, get a move on and edit that post. Don't make me a liar, lol! XD Anyway, this just seems to be turning into a "less QQ, more pewpew thread", so I think it's about time to just have everyone let it go and move on.

Sorry to disappoint you all but keeping TW pay or cleaning out a shared account is not against the TOS. Account sharing is already against TOS so you broke the rules by sharing the info. Since you gave them access to the account they have the right to take whatever they want.

Sucks but its still the truth.
