well according to forum time its 1:04 QQ that means maint wont be done till 2:00 forum time and that means tonights was really 5 hours and not 30

Forum time is GMT-8, PDT is GMT-7, so even with an extra hour for the ISP (2 for PWI), we should be up by now...
No ISP worth thier salt wants clients to be down for any longer than is absolutely neccessary... i hope PWI has a downtime refund clause in their contract.
Also, why couldnt the downtimes be sync'd... its easy to get alternative access for server maintenance so the two downtimes could have happened concurrently...
