My Zen won't transfer to my server!! ><

I just bought 20 us dollars worth of zen this morning. My zen is in my wallet, but it won't let me transfer it to heaven's tear. I do it step by step as directed, I choose the server (heaven's tear) and select all my zen, then hit transfer, then ok. The screen just sits there and it acts like it doesn't want to process. This is very frustrating to me since I am really wanting to start buying things! LOL I would appreciate any help! Thanks! b:thanks

    I've purchased zen for the first time this morning, went through the steps & transferred it to my chosen server. It told me it was successful...but I find it nowhere in-game & "My Wallet" only shows that I've transferred the amount out.


    Is this something I've done or is it an issue w/ the server/game/company. I'd like to know soon b/c as its my money, I'm a bit anxious about it.

    Make sure you're logged out/on character selection screen when you transfer zen. If you're ingame and transfer zen, you will have to log out and back in. Doing that will make the gold show up.

    Hope that helps.

    And as for OP I hope things get resolved! When you press okay, do you wait long enough?

    If you were logged in at the time, then log out and log back in. After relogging, press O for the Boutique window, and you should see your gold at the bottom of the window.
