    I would guess 9-5 pacific standard time. But that's just a guess.

    No GMs exist, therefore no office hours.

    They only work on weekdays, from like 7 am to some random time in the evening/night....

    Without a doubt there are GM's in China as well, but as far as the US branch is concerned, likely ones who actually communicate more, I'll side with usual business hours here on the west coast, 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 (am-pm) server time.

    I think there's a company rule that prohibits them from logging in as a GM from anywhere outside the PWI HQ.

    Not sure why, but it used to be stated somewhere in the PWE job applications on one of the former pwi websites.

    Office hours are 10am to 7pm PST - weekdays only, meaning they do not work and aren't available to answer tickets etc during weekends. Hope this helps any of you.

    I know I've seen a GM on past midnight in-game, although they we're afk. Probably left a computer logged in accidentally in the office, lol.
