I heard some players have this skill but to my info very very few, I have tried.. many times no luck, just gave up.

So far I seen 1 bm with it.

Why is this skill so hard to get compared to every .. every other skill b:surrender

    It's only possible to get it with old book pages.

    At least, that's what PWDatabase says (click me).

    It s hard to get so every single bm reroll as a 5aps demon bm, even if they don t know how to play or don t get a single -int gear

    uh? i dont think in any case it easy to get, I just met 1 that said he has it, but never saw it acctually b:angry

    i want gms to get all book pages in cash shop then so we can bid for it or at least give us higher drop rate in fb99's... or option to re-roll 2 or 3 skilz you dont need for 1 you need etc. Imo thats better rather than flooding markets with skil books that arent worth anything anymore.

    with new Expansion PWI Classic comming very soon I hope fb109 will have HIGHER DROP RATE FOR RARE BOOKS b:shutup

    Hey don't complain.

    The two basic Psy skills only drop in the 99 dungeons, and they have RIDICULOUSLY low drop rates. They might as well be glitched. I know of ~6 Psy books in total that have dropped on Harshlands.
