Map off screen

The City of Raging Tides is off screen and inaccessible from the map (no scroll bar). If I teleport out for a quest I have to walk all the way back, thru monsters too high level for me. Is the issue in my computer, or in the game?

    You need to play the game in window mode, with the game window a ratio of about 4:3 (horizontal:vertical). If you play full screen and your monitor is widescreen, then the top and bottom of the map will be cut off. Currently, this is the only way you can go around this issue, which is with the game - not your computer.

    It's an old bug, yes. They are quite lazy when it comes to fixing stuff --- I suppose the only quick fixes we can expect are for things like "getting free stuff from the cash shop"... gameplay stuff doesn't concern them.

    A sort-of workaround is to put the map into "detail" mode, because then you can scroll it...

    Luckily, most of the quest destinations (not all of them, unfortunately) are authpathing-targets, so the map isn't required.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng

    Not for teleporting, which is what the OP was asking about.

    Play around with your monitor settings, try the Widescreen setting in the System Options of PW or even play in Windowed mode and adjust the size of the game until you can see Raging Tide on the teleport map (this is what ended up working for me).

    I have the same problem....it cuts off bottom part of the map and some of the top.....yet the bigger problem is....everything is to small or to big if i try to play it another way.....anyone know what to do? or when they might fix this?
