is it just me, or have PWI lost ALOT of players?
like i havent played for about 4 months and i come on and sanctuary is reallllyy down in population.

    idk about sanctuary, but HT is still pretty crowded over in arch and the other popular areas.

    lol so true. once you hit 80, you disapear for 2-3 weeks doing fc runs, come out a lvl 100, and quit because there's nothing to do b:laugh

    oh and population is fine in RT. Still lots of people in starting areas, despite all the ****ty updates, business is going on as usual (which of course means more ****ty updates)

    50% population quit when anni packs came

    another 20-30% quit when anni packs became a perm cash shop item

    another 10-20% quit when TW changed drastically



    yea.......PWi lost alot of people


    and 70-80% of the ppl remaining will quit when forsaken world comes out LOL

    so very true. just wanted to add:
    make hh fail for the lvl of people who need those mats (3-1)
    take away tw pay so no one tw's anymore
    ignore player concerns with empty promises of answers that never come
    i could add a few more things but not like anyone who could change it cares.

    Came back to forums out of boredom.

    Yea, pretty much sums everything up. I'm so unmotivated now with the new changes and lack of decent players that can work together in a squad. Wanted to get to 99 or 100 to wear my new TT 99 but now not motivated at all.

    I'm sure there are players; just much MUCH less than when PWI first came out. FW will reduce it even more as mentioned

    I think the forums are biased. People bored with the game, come here to indulge in nostalgia of when they actually had fun with Perfect World. People who are enjoying the game are playing it - not squandering time here. Also Forsaken World looks a lot like Perfect World. Those Kindred look like our Tideborn except more gray and less blue. So yes, perhaps it is PW 2.5, and yes everything comes to an end. I don't think PW will come to an end for a while yet.

    Without instances so screwed like TT3-x that you need 5aps to survive or farm it because it's too tough. Who am I kidding there probably is no 5aps in there lol. At least it doesn't look that way.

    And yes ofc I'm talking about endgame. -interval **** the game is the worst enemy of endgame PvE-wise for someone like me. No wonder they made bosses so tough and to die so hard.

    solution: go play pw my-en, they are finally getting their tideborn and a new server with it in a couple of days

    the only downside is is that its laggier and less updated, though about it being less updated a lot say thats in the best interest because they just leave the servers alone there and let them develop on their own

    but not only do they have a way more old school/mature/fun to be around community (and on all pvp servers b:victory), its ridiculously cheaper for any american or brit that wants to charge too, youll get nearly 4-5x the value of your money lol. but if you don't cs, thats ok too, their game isnt broken and you can actually do things that are a tribute to the old days like grind there and do instances that arent screwed with

    It probably has, I for one pretty much stopped playing when the Anni Packs came out and only recently started logging in again to do WQ, and I'm mostly doing that to talk to guildies once in a while.
    I simply have no motivation to play the game anymore, which is sad since I really loved it in the beginning.

    TBH This is what all the FTP Games have turned into Free to Play Pay to win. if you want a good game that is fun and you actually have to work for something. p2p is cheapest method. Most are 15$ a month. 120$ A year. my buddy that plays PWI next month will make it 4grand total he has dumped into the game to keep up and stay good at pvp/pve. Yes even pve PWi did a good job with the TT's anything 3-1 or higher is hard to do unless u have Cser's or Vana wh0res. =/ sorry to say this game is dead.
