ok so i have a lvl 33 psy but im not sure if i should continue with light armor or go arcane armor, so whats best for what

    LA provides more physical defense overall compared to robes. However, it has less magic resistance. You'll also do less damage per hit with LA, since you have to stat a fair amount of dexterity. You'll gain more crit, however.

    Arcane will let you deal maximum damage, since you won't have to place any stats in dexterity. However, you'll have the lowest physical defense in the game. BUT, that can be remedied with physical defense ornaments and refines.

    Also, light armor (in my opinion) looks worse than arcane armor.

    But basically, what I'm trying to say is...

    Do you want more physical defense and slightly more crit for less damage? Or maximum damage and lower defense.

    For what it's worth, I have always done fine with arcane robes. Usually kill mobs at my level before they get to me, or they might get one hit in.

    Arcane armors looks sexy on female but not quite 'right' on male >.>
    You will be fine going arcane, you die just as quick going LA on PvP server at low lvl anyway :)). Remember to lvl your White voodoo ;)

    wrong i went LA to be a tank psy >_>, and it serves its purpose, not sayin LA better than aA at all, in fact AA probably better overall, i just wanted to have a class that can go fro mtnak mode to good DD in 2.4 secs XD, also its 50% reduction of pdef/mdef atm >_> and i still love that my hp w/ sage barb buffs is OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    to OP, better for u to go AA

    also Born_Free in regards to ur sigy, +8 all imamcs n a noncashshoper's budget(really easy to do as long as u dont use d orbs), +12 w/ citrinwe is cashshoper's =(
    full 3r9 +11/12 (still using immac shards though) w/o CSing, leveled to 105 spaming pv, yes i have no life =D

    AA is way better if you can afford some decent refines..

    Im arcane and got more p.def then LA or similar to them, wayyy more magic attack cause of 536 magic. Around the same hp probably since I dont have anything in vit. and my dex is low. But my magic defence is way better... at endgame I think AA will beat LA on any levels as long as you get some decent gear and refines... b:thanks

    AA is better, but there is gonna be a noticable differnce in hp between la an AA due to hp per reifne

    You know its all about refinements and what type shards you use man. I'm happy as hell in AA, best endgame build in mind. b:thanks

    b:chuckle Yeah, I did some more research on that...so long as prices stay where they are on immacs now (They won't.) it won't be QUITE so agonizingly painful.
    But what with my leveling so slow, it's bound to be a very long trip to 90...though I cross my fingers.

    I figure if I could do it on a cleric almost a year and a half ago, I can do it now.
