me and my buddy were fooling around on pwcalc and we played with a psychic which would basically kil a barb with 25k-30k in a few seconds. The calc doesnt have the psychic buffs white/black voodoo or the masteries yet. so the damage the psychic would inflict would be a considerably higher amount. we figured that with that shards we added JoSD and DoT with Sage white voodoo this psychic would have 101 defense level. im not sure if there is a cap on defense level like there is on attack speed but this would hurt and make most characters say ow ow ow before falling over.

this character has with all of its gear -57% channeling + alot of other "fun" adds. Please leave us feedback about what you guys think :D

    To my knowledge, we don't have -6% channel stones yet. I think we have 3% channel, but not sure on the 6%.

    Warsong belt might be a better choice, in my opinion.

    Other than that, It would be a viable, yet expensive as hell endgame build.

    Also, crit arrows do nothing.

    Third, you're right about stone of the savant, they only give -3% channeling, pwcalc is wrong it says +6 but if you take 1 savant off of the weapon its -54% so the math is right just the number is wrong.

    Ella is right the crit arrow doesnt actually count towards your crit % like it says i think the archer forum has clarafied this somewheres ._.

    Crit arrows have been told to us by the GMs that the crit bonus does not apply unless the arrow is actually fired. So therefore: Crit arrows do nothing.

    Didn't say the math was wrong. I calculated it for myself, it came up 54%.

    But as for the warsong belt....since you had it at +12, the only thing I can say is this.

    3% channeling or a +1k bonus to Pdef and some extra HP?

    Also, I've never seen a puzzle cube badge: broken before. Most I see is vain. But if anyone has a legit screenshot of a broken, I'd like to see it.

    lvl 100 bm doesn't know that crit arrow doesn't work unless fired with a bow? -.-a

    First of all, if one want to stack chan gear, roll Demon Wizard. They can literally go instant cast permanently (instant cast =~-80% chan; -20% for 15s from demon wellspring) and after all they benefit more from -chan gear as they have shorter cast time.

    No, I'm not saying psychic shound't stack chan gear, but in all and all, it's not as effective and imba as a Wizard goes berzerk. Would be better if the 'dream psychic build' aiming for survival and efficiency in overall.

    @elly ~('-'~): Broken is made from 3 vain. It's craft-able, just too expensive for any1 to care to make one.

    And 'broken' is broken in pwcalc, refine doesn't give extra def there,

    You can get voodoo buffs in pwcalc by switching the character to wiz after equipping weapon. They have same stat distribution anyway.

    Crit Arrow does not add crit % Its a visual glitch so it looks cooler when you look at your stats, but it does not count... And whats with the channeling? I would have crit % instead and physical defence so you wont get 1 hit by any melee user. Even though its fast channeling the skill takes time and its cooldown so it wont be that good anyways, psy are already fast as it is to even make a difference.

    Robe of Melodic Prophecy is for Venomancers if im not wrong.. Ancient Spirit Robe is what Psychic got.

    Nice build Hypnos, but I really hope nobody gets the Rank 9 build b:laugh
    Whats the thing with the TT100 weapon? :S With that gear a 2nd stage nirvana would be better.

    That would be my endgame gear.. Well its not gonna happen ever, but if its gonna be realistic and possible to aquire I would have +10 on all the armor + 10 one ring probably and use the Rank 8 ring as 2nd. Probably use Vitality stones instead of Jade of Steady to get to at least 10k hp unbuffed, so increase hp, p.def, mag.def.

    meh I noticed I didn't shard the boots...

    but with Rank 9, a sage psychic can reach 100 atk lvl and 70 def lvl on Back voodoo, sick eh? b:embarrass

    gear cap for psys is simply rank 9

    no need for chan or int so you can just throw everything into the highest greade gear there is for the most attack leves you can stack
    Gifs are hard to make work here

    If you are going to go ahead and wear rank top you should just get the weapon as well. It's many times better than the nirvana lvl 13. Unless you second cast it and get something amazing stick to rank one, more sexy.

    Yeah rank 8 weapon is awesome.. Beats the 2nd nirvana unless you get crazy good stats on it and 2 sockets. Rank 8 always got 2 sockets.. and if your nirvana weapon has 1 socket, well.. I wont even try and figure out how much socket stones you will need, but its a lot. So in the end you get more for the money with Rank 8 cause of always 2 sock on weapon, you get armor even though its not cheap to buy everyday to get the 4 socket one and the ring.

    Don't worry so much as to how fast you can hit. Just focus on how hard you should be hitting. If you waste so much time and effort on chan% you'll loose your main goal which is 1 or 2 shot people on pvp or tw. Just for laughs change the nirvana weapon and put on the jun8 weapon instead and see your magic attack sky rocket.

    Tank anything, pull anything, and very hard to kill in PvP. Over 10K unbuffed hp and enough defense levels that it's hard to get through...

    for your information Konariraiden i have had my account since september of 2008 the forums thing is wrong in date i even have the 2 year veteran fash to prove it. So dont accuse a user of hypering to lv100. also i have had a 7 month ban. i dont care whether or not the GMs have said crit arrows dont work unless you fire them. They show up on the stats and i crit more with the arrow than i do w/o and alot of others put crit arrow on there characters because they agree that it does work. Next time Kona do your damn research b4 you accuse someone of hypering to level 100. i dont care if you think im a noob, but im a noob with experience and i call that a pro-noob which you wouldnt know anything about.

    And did you do your research? the archer forum tested it using statistic sample (it's an archer hobby ijs). It proves that crit arrow does not affect your crit rate. You feel that you crit more but it is in fact a psychological effect of ignorant (btw, it's 1% that much noticeable of a chance to crit?).

    PS: The forum thing isn't wrong in date as it only shows the date you join the forum. Moreover, I don't think any of us care how long did you play, because we all know there are people who learn to play chess in their lifetime but never got better - their brain capacity doesn't allow it.
