Which 2 Chars complement one other?

Hey Gamers,

we are 2 Guys from Germany and want to explore PWI,

May you can help us to play with 2 chars that complement each other.

I usually start a Priest/Clearic
and my buddy usually and magician or an archer...

May you have propositions which 2 Charackters can play and lvl together in PWI the best way (not have to be the easiest way :P we want to max our capibilites :D)

    Well, usually staying within the same race helps staying together. Choosing a character depends on your preferences. Do you wanna be magic? You could be a cleric, Wizard, Psychic, or Venomancer. Do you wanna be melee? (strength) then you would do, Assasins, Barbarians, Blademasters, or Venomancer (you would go into tru (fox)form to fight melee with your veno) Or you could be range which is archer.

    I suggest cleric and archer then since those are the two you like to play. They also have the advantage of both starting in the same starter city so you two will get the same lvl 1-20 quests.

    Clerics are ALWAYS needed throughout the game. Archers are damn good DDs and also capable of and preferred for tanking certain end-game bosses/dungeons.

    if you want to start out together, you need to stay the same race, as each race has a different starting point in the beginning

    i would suggest one as a cleric, the other as an archer, based on what you wrote

    Though in the beginning you would be separated until you reach around level 20 (where all the races come together to Archosaur and quest), I think cleric is best paired up with either a barbarian or a blademaster. Barbarians have pretty nice HP and defense and can tank all sorts of stuff and the blademaster have a whole variety of skills (I haven't played it very in depth), a lot which can be AoE skills, stuns etc.

    Or if you want to stay in the same place, I think psychic and assassin pair would be nice. I started it out with my boyfriend at one point like that- as the assassin, I would lock/immobilize mobs in place while my boyfriend, the psychic, would whack away with his hard-hitting skills without getting hit by the mob. And if need to, psychics have a healing skill- while it's not as good as a cleric's healing ability, it's certainly better than nothing.

    If you do not mind being separate for the first 20 levels as people have mentioned [it goes by quickly if you push through it and do the quests], a cleric+barb will give you the core of all low level squads, making it easy to form groups for instances and have a very easy ride through quests.

    Cleric+archer for two that will be together from the start.
