patcher .exe

when i click on perfect world item on my desktop the following message shows.
the item patcher.exe has been removed or replaced. the perfect world button is not working anymore. I have tried to install perfect world again but that doesn`t work. I have two laptops on one internet connection and they have bote the same problem.
Please help me........................

    check your antivirus log. you may have clicked yes when it asked you about patcher.exe which sometimes throws up a false positive virus alert because some of the code resembles a particular virus.

    the item is in qaurantaine en when i click on repair it doesn`t work. what can i do???????

    i think you should be able to reinstall the game. then simply add the patcher.exe and elementclient.exe to your trusted apps

    i removed the item from the qaurantaine list and put patcher.exe on the list of not scanning items and what do you think.
    perfect wordl is still running
