    Life is an illusion fed to our brains, which are really controlled by what we call "aliens" but since we don't exist we can't actually call them anything, and they wish to find out how "our" knees are affected by our "lives". Of course, we aren't really living, but our knees don't know that, since the brain controls the knees, and the illusion of life is fed to our brains.
