I was wondering what all this chaos is about. So i read around on the forum.

Had my fair share of experience in modding forums and running a game. One thing i always bump into are people who do not know how to handle the responsibility of having the tools to do their job as mod. What they do is abusing their tools that's normally meant as last resort if things really to be solved in a certain way. There is a word for this behaviour... it's called powertripping. Not sure why they do it, but the trend is usually those who have no experience and/or respect and somehow they think that by using their tools they do their job. It blinds them and doesn't make them realise that the less you have to use the mod tools the better the job you're doing because that's when you gain respect and mingle in with the community. This results in making your job as mod even more simpler.

Anyways, what's happening is quite epic in a way, but also quite sad. People are angry and the mods are feeding this by ignoring their complaints and just throw threads away. It's also quite obvious that some mods are unfit to carry around such responsibilities.

Now im wondering if one of my many common sense posts is going to make yet another thread of flick deleted b:chuckle

I do believe your thread was not deleted but rather got moved to The Lower Depths forum... heard it was one of the fastest growing forums at the moment! You should check it out.
