    I'm all for hiring new mods. Heck I was one of the supporters of getting new mods. However, they come into the picture with my opinion of them being NEUTRAL. And after just ONE HOUR of logging onto the forums, they have lost all my respect. Hence:

    Okay, I tried to type this in another thread, but it got locked before I finished.

    The PWI community, has proven in the past, that when a descision is made without their say, (and its something they didn't want) that they will rage about it for awhile, a few people get banned, they rage for another few months, and then it stops. This cycle is then repeated. Why? Because the player-base has proven in the past that they will do nothing more than rage for a period time before accepting the change. So if people want a change, then do something about it, not just rage about it. ijs.

    See this is what i mean, everyone is just mindlessly posting **** instead of having an actual discussion. Like i said i dont agree with whats been going on. Obviously someone doesn't know how to be a mod. That doesn't justify the current state of the forums (QQ new modx100000)

    A good moderator should:
    - Have the computer skills necessary to handle forum-related tasks (Web skills, basic programming)
    - Be patient to handle all sorts of requests
    - Be level-headed to keep discussions and some petty squabbles in check.b:cool

    Korg, they tried to discuss it, even sent PMs to mods, but were ignored. I don't know the mods except for Grim, who spams the DW forum with nonsense. Honestly, I think they could have made better choices.

    I don't really see points in challenging or threatening mods, seems kinda silly.

    Keep complaints specific and on topic and I doubt there'd be a problem... I thought Nightrage was doing that but I wasn't really following it much.

    No, overmoderation is not better than lack of moderation if they want people to actually post on the forums. That's not to say that people only post to troll, but why bother posting when any negative comment you want to make gets edited out of your post?

    Like i said, grim is obviously a horrible mod. I could think of many other worthy candidates. However i'm referring to the way the community responded.
