    I'd recommend the following:
Screamer Dual Thorns -> Dissector Dagger -> Cloud Thorn -> Crescent Thorn (TT60) -> Evilstare Dual Daggers -> Hook and Thorn (TT80) -> Backbiter (TT90) -> Barrier Thorn: Gutbreaker (TT99) -> Barrier Thorn: Nirvana (Nirvana)

You can skip Backbiter if you got some -interval, as Hook and Thorn will out-damage Backbiter in that case. Also, you can pick up some of the other weapons for tanking, such as Shadow Legend on 74 and Ghost Cry Thorn on 85.

How strongly would you recommend having a second set of daggers for tanking, or is it just a luxury?

I don't think your weapon really affect your tanking too much. Given that healing from some daggers are nice to have, they don't proc nearly often enough to make a difference in your tanking ability. Money saved from a second set of daggers can be used for better shards and refines on armor.

I'm sorry if this is pulling the thread too far off topic, but which shards would you suggest in armor? And would you aim to shard the same way until end game?

At lower levels I used garnets because it helped against melee damage while questing. From 7X on I used citrines due to involvement in PvP. Citrines are pretty much what everyone shard to make up for our low HP. I have all flawless citrines in gears right now to be replaced with end game shards later.

Ok thanks, I have one piece of gear sharded with flawless garnets and the rest are getting citrines as I get them. Thank you :) Are immaculates worth it in your opinion?

I had 4 imacs on my Blood Moon bracers, but those went through 60-99 on 2 characters. 500% cost for 25% more HP is not my style, but if you have the coins, go for it.

So that weapon path is for -int build right? I would assume so since the final set of daggers are -int. What path would someone advise following if they aim to maximize skill damage rather than the -int everyone seems to be doing?

Get TT90/FCC gold daggers instead of staying with TT80 and get G15 Nirvana (2nd recast) with berserk at endgame.

I'd go with interval though, much better farming ability.

Ok. So I realize this is probably going to be pretty noobish but if you can stop laughing at me a moment, I just want some help. I understand the TT stuff but what is the FCC gold? And TT90 is in the -int weapon path posted earlier and I thought you used the old TT weapons to make the next ones so wouldn't it end up being the same path? And what the G15 Nirvana is I have no idea b:surrender Can someone just help me understand all of this b:sad

FrostCovered City Gold weapon, in this case Ghost Cry Thorn. Most likely you can find it in AH under "Weapons -> Elite Instance -> Frost"
And TT90 is in the -int weapon path posted earlier and I thought you used the old TT weapons to make the next ones so wouldn't it end up being the same path?

There are multiple paths. There are 4 different TT80 weapons and 3 of those continue to become one of five possible TT90 weapons. Out of those five, 4 go on to five different TT99 weapons.
And what the G15 Nirvana is I have no idea b:surrender Can someone just help me understand all of this b:sad

G15 Nirvana, aka the second cast Nirvana, would refer to Dark Death Thorn and Netherworld Guidance, a two pairs of level 100 Nirvana daggers.

    And for the record:
    1. You don't need ANY -interval at all for auto-attacking to be superior to using skills
    2. Most of the daggers in the same level range (TT80s, for example) have the same base damage, so it really doesn't matter which one you pick. In that case, picking the one with the best DPS is common sense.
