Character name, icon, and pvp kills are wrong

My BM on core connect is showed as a lvl.34 with 0 pvp kills and the name is misspelled (WildStyie instead of WildStyIe) , it seems to be stuck like that. I've tried re-logging into the forums multiple times and waited a couple days to see if it would fix itself. However it hasn't. If someone could remedy this situation I'd be most appreciated. b:pleased

EDIT the odd part is on the forums it displays correctly. o.O

    Still not resolved. A basic "We're looking into it response." would've been nice at least.

    I've never had any luck with tickets in the past. Won't hurt to try again I suppose.
