    First, good luck Ary, I never spoke with you directly but I've been around the forums for almost 2 years as well [lurking first]. And you have definitely stuck through thick and thin, doing the job that sometimes no one wanted to do. I hope the stepdown gives you a break from stressful things for awhile. Enjoy yourself.
