3rd: Glacial Shard Lvl10, Sandburst Blast lvl10,

Something I don't understand, why leave Soul of Retaliation at lvl1? At lvl1 it only reflects and absorbs 5%, but at lvl10 it reflects and absorbs 50%. In BH69 I can absorb Pole and Nob's Physical AoE and have it deal only 4 dmg to me, and reflect at least 2k back to them. It's spammable to a point (30 second cooldown) and the only downside I can see is it only absorbs 1 hit (which in the case of AoEs on bosses is still not too bad).

I can see why it's not AS good in PvP, since against 5aps BMs and sins it's kinda lame, but even in PvP with a 1.3sec total channel and casting time it can be helpful in absorbing and reflecting damage from major skills, not to mention reflect the stun and chaos status effects from Blademasters, Barbs and Venos.

I agree here (like I said, I strayed from that skill build. Maxed some 5th skills before 2nd skills). I personally love having SoR leveled, but I can see how it would be a good idea to keep it underleveled (wouldn't exactly say level 1, but low level) until later since we have more important skills to level.
