Everybody looks the same

So, when I'm in the game and looking at ppl, everybody has the same face. I'm not
talking about when u click their toon. When ur just looking at them, everbodies the same as far as their face. How do I fix this

    Turn on customizations in the UI tab in game. Press U.

    Do customizations always turn off when people are far away or you zoom out far?

    I don't remember having this problem on my old comp, but now on my new comp customizations are almost always off due to the distance or zoom.

    They've always been off for very far away people.

    Theyr also switched of when you turn on best performancesc
    9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris
