Here is a clarification of the Territory Wars rules in respect to what will get you banned. Just because the rewards and bidding announcements have changed, does not mean the fight has changed. Nor does this give you free reign on "fake bidding". Please be advised of these rules when participating in combat. Have fun and be safe!

Bidding

Any willing and capable faction can bid on any opposing territory provided they have no affiliations with the current owners. The bids can only be made if the faction has a real intention of attacking and trying to win the territory. All bids must have a legitimate chance to win. This includes factions that are but is not limited to the following:

Training Wars

Practice or Training Wars are not allowed by the branch faction if the Territory is owned by an affiliated faction.

Small factions

Factions with too few members should not bid.

Factions with a low level average should not bid.

Alliances

Alliances are allowed in Territory Wars provided they are not bidding on each other others Territories.

Alliances cannot fund directly or indirectly another faction to protect one of its own territories or that of their alliance members.

All factions must have independent leadership

Any collaboration before, during, or after a Territory War that tries to circumvent the fair play of the system is prohibited.

No faction may lose on purpose or decide the victor through non in game mechanics.

Factions that cannot abide by these rules or that of fair play should not bid as anything that constitutes fake bidding will have sever repercussions. Any user caught withholding information about possible Territory War violations will be punished along with the perpetrators. All bids will be thoroughly screened and researched by the GMs. Any behavior determined to be suspicious will require additional research were temporary bans maybe issued. Upon confirmation of the crime the faction leaders as well as the members involved will be banned at the discretion of the GM.

    Maybe you should worry about things that actually have to do with you instead of sitting around finding things to ***** about like a senior citizen.
    Since when did low lvls ever have fun in TW? There aren't any low lvl land owning factions, there isn't any reason whatsoever for a lvl 40 to be in TW. You can't do anything useful, you really can't learn because you'll get 1shot by anyone, and you don't stand a chance to make a difference. TW is supposed to be competitive fun, not a slaughterfest for 80 lvl 100+ vs 20 lvl 50-.
    The rules you pointed out actually make sense and are there to prohibit people from paying small factions to bid on their own, which happens pretty damn often. There's been tons of fake bidding in Heaven's Tear where TW is and has been blah for a while now, imagine what it would be like on LC/HL where the real PvP action is.

    The "No faction shall lose on purpose" rule, does no-showing count as that?

    Pretty much, yes... though I don't think anyone on HT even qualifies to bid on Enrage now?

    Well every faction who ever TW'ed is guilty if go by past actions.

    Anyway might force some of the smaller factions to either

    A) Stop bidding

    or hopefully

    B) Merge together

    Nah, I doubt anyone will merge. No one is serious about TW except Rad and Enrage. Rad is bloodthirsty for at least 1 1v1 win against Enrage.

    A merge will fail. Most people would want to keep their guild names.

    If bidding stops, TW only dies more.

    Yea if GM's will do this. Then do it right. ake a alli chat bar, and alli link above heads, and shoz. otherwise your rules suck. I already quit you guys fail at this game. hopefully Forsaken will be better. Otherwise. You just p/off a ton of ppl

    Holy $hit! <sarcasm>Ok, its official: PWI is a "BANK AND TANK" game</sarcasm>. I just read through that entire thread and looks like HT as well as other servers' fates are sealed, in regards to TW and factions. Honestly, I've never seen game devs more absurdly ignorant than the ones managing and developing for this game. This is just preposterous...

    Looks like they are milking every last bit of real-life money from the players before they can tank this game and introduce Forsaken World, which people will likely go to since this game is dwindling in the wind. <sarcasm>*looks around to buy a Warsoul Bow*</sarcasm>b:chuckle

    They aren't new pffft they have been around since I started I can attest to that they just had to bring it forward because people don't like reading outside the bold text ._. So you really shouldn't treat it any different then the previously cept they will be lookin more into it and actually start to care a bit more.

    Its PWE's evil plan in forcing ppl to join factions with a stronger foundation (despite the fact you dislike their leaders, members and/or general playstyle) so you could get some TW action. They're pretty much kicking the game when its down. In my guild alone 40% of our mmbers quit, and the actives play alot less than before...and its a PvE faction. I can just imagine whats going on within the mid-size TW factions....

    Anybody know any 'decent' MMO me and my friends can move out to?

    Radiance seen a lot of great players retire and leave. But we always get it filled up so far. Other smaller guilds should recruit more or try to merge to become more serious in this endgame event. Don't you think it's a waste of time to level a char to 100+ and farm nirvana while you don't need it for poking mobs?

    Sad to see us getting **** over and over again... It has no ends, and im sure that soon they will close the servers too just to **** us off....
    Forsaken worlds? pffft.. will still be the same there, keep getting nerfed and getting highly cash shop dependent to survive.. As soon as people find out a way of making money its getting nerfed.. Like the instances closes in 4 hours so people cant farm Lunar anymore, 3m to open is stupid.. TT getting way harder making it nearly impossible to complete without strong 5 APS sins/BMs/Archers..... RB instance close down in 4 hours and the time limit is actually 5.. DQ drops 20% less.. really? Like people earned tons of money on DQ in the first place? pffft.. Decent income to keep alive with pots etc at lower lvls. new TW system is dumb... people get bored and quit and soon Enrages core members will probably leave too and tons of other players.. Maybe the map will be multicolored again, but seems this game is only going downhill and if they gonna **** us over more I hope people wont start playing other games by same developers.. It will surely be the same there after a while...pffft. lets enjoy the last weekends of TW and move on
