Newbie in this game, seeking friendly answers

I'm a newbie in this PWI game, although I've played other MMO before. I've read some of the thread here but still have some questions on that I need help. I'm feeling like a bit stuck with my character cause I have a dungeon quest to do and I don't get very well how do I find ppl through here... - How do we find people for the dungeons? is it only possible through the worldchat?
Another thing, the teleport Npc tells me if I want to go to the instance and I click and shows de map only... I feel kind of lost at the moment.

This is other thing I don't get I know that to talk to faction is !~ and to team is !! but I only know this two cause I asked a person in-game, and I bet there are more.

-Basically you need friends. Or just ask random people in the vicinity. Most people don't mind doing quick runs for the rep.

-Actual world chat? Need to buy Teleacoustics. Applicable lvl5+

First a correction - I don't think you can use World Chat before level 10 (as it is at level 10 the boutique opens to players.)

the Teleport to Instance at standard Teleporters, refers to Teleporting into the Territory War instance rather than a dungeon. You need to be part of a TW faction, and be taking part in a battle to use the teleport to instance option.

Other than physically flying or running to Dungeons, the only way to teleport in is via the Illusion stones in West and South Archosaur (near the standard Teleporters). You have to pay to use these, I think the minimum cost is 5000 coins.

As you are on dreamweaver, I know there is a chat room available in game called FBUrDrops (or similar) which usually has people looking to help do your FB19, 29, 39 etc dungeons with you. Have a look on the icon bar above the chat box, you will see one towards the right hand edge called Join a private Chat Room. Click on that to bring up a list of available rooms. The one mentioned above should be listed. Join that room and ask for help with a tabbed fb. 'Tabbed' means you have your little "Call To Duty" tablet(s) in your inventory - this tablet gives folks helping you in the dungeon extra experience and reputation as a reward for helping. If you get a squad from this room, any molds or equips which drop in the dungeon run should be given to you as the tabber.
