90 equipment plans

I just recently hit 88 and I'm going to get to 90 soon. I have been planning my equips but I'm still missing some pieces. TT90 armor is too expensive and my farming attempts have ended horribly. Some dudes almost ragequit our fac but that's another story. Here's the current plan:

- Chest: not sure. OHT top is level 91 so I will either wait for that or then just get 3* Kirin Plate, both are pretty cheap even with 2soc-3soc and VIT+/HP+ addons.

- Legs: 88 mold legs

- Boots: my TT80 +3 should so before I get to 92 for OHT boots.

- Wrists: OHT with -0.05 int, pretty cheap.

- Neck: Equine for now.

- Belt: Demon Slaughter

- Rings: 2x Misty

- Cape: I got a good 3* cape with 4 soc flawless.

- Helmet: 3* Rocking Thunder with a nice VIT+/HP+ addon.

- Axes: Calamities, +3 at least since that's what I have now.

- Fists: Gorenox at least +3, more if I can afford it (I got +3 atm).

Anything I should change? With my 50ish base vit I would have ~5.5k with my fists and almost 6k with axes if I refine my stuff to +2/+3 and shard with flawless cits. That will most probably cost me all my savings and I really need to get some demon skills but getting any worse equips would suck too. Suggestions are welcome.

I would personally take TT90 legs over the mold ones, but I don't know how feasible they are for the casual player to farm now since the TT overhaul.

I also had TT80 bracers, so I went and got TT90 gold bracers for -0.1 interval, so that could be an option.

Otherwise, everything else seems pretty standard.

What server are you on? Because if you're on LC, I can sell you OHT wrists with - interval

On Sanctuary. Thanks for the offer though.

I've been trying to farm my TT90 set ever since I hit 85 but squads are hard to make and usually fail so bad I'm happy to get anything from there. Mold legs are cheap so I decided those might be a good idea. TT90 gold would be great but those are 6m+ which is too much.

Thanks for all suggestions. I just don't get it why even TT2-3 seems so damn hard.

What part of 2-3 do you need help on? I'm sure people are willing to give you helpful pointers here.

Now everyone thinks that I am the one who makes the squads fail. b:chuckle

Joking aside, the biggest problem is that tank dies too often. When me and my bro (both of us are BMs) were doing a faction TT2-3 run our 90 barb died twice on Wurlord. After our cleric got killed for the third time without getting a rez she left the squad.

That's what I meant when I said it is hard.

Well, I don't know if you do this already, but if you cancel his magic attacks it's not all that hard. If the barb doesn't/can't cancel them, then I would suggest coordinating with your brother to take turns cancelling his magic attacks. That usually makes it a lot easier.

I didn't cancel his magic since usually barbs wanna do that themselves. He also did somewhat good job at canceling, I think he missed one or two attacks.

Our veno told us to some of the mobs when going to kill Wurlord. Of course our cleric died to those and that's why she left.

Getting a TT squad together seems to be pretty hard. Empty friend list (with the exception of some RL friends who level oh so slowly) doesn't help either. Sometimes you can get a TT1-3 squad if you say that a level 101 barb is tanking. Joining one isn't hard either if you are fast enough but getting on a 2-3 is much harder; people rather wanna take 90+ people there.

I wish I had started a barb, would make this so much easier.

When I come back I guess we could continue arranging TT runs in case you still wanna keep trying. I sure want to but I'd also want to get at least one piece done every two weeks, not every two months.
