GBA boss soloable answer is yes here's my guide

You WILL need to meet the folloing requirements to solo this boss.
1st. as a veno you must be lvl 99+ and sage

2nd. This IS REQUIRED!!!! NOT OPTIONAL
You need at least 8K hp non barb buff 7K ele res non cleric buff,AT LEAST!!7.6Kphy def in sage foxform, -15-18% chan gear(best done with lunar rings+neon purg)2 plt charms 1 hp 1 mp crabmeat jaiozi and herb yuanxioa about 1K of each.
YOUR hurc NEEDS Blessing Of The Pack lvl 5!(you would need to remove bash for this or pounce IF you kept it)and to be your lvl(obviously)perfered luring pet Kowlin lvl 90+

3rd. for veno skills you need:sage summer sprint,feral concentration, lvl 10 pet heal(obviously), bramble hood, Master Li's Technique,sage foxform, and celestial eruption

4th. optional veno skills are:sage soul degeneration, sage amplify damage,myriad ranbow both fox and veno form.

5th. the required genie skills are as follows Law Breaker(or Will Surge), Badge of Courage, a healing skill of your choice either Tree of Protection(caution make sure to use it in advance due to the period of effect over time) or Second wind,and absolute domain
(optional skills include but not limited to: faith, extreme poison,relentless courage.

6th REQUIRED APOC THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL
You will need either Ironguard Powder x50 and Badge of Courage used after (assuming it is a success) to keep healing your hurc or you will use Sutra Power Orbs x50(which last 6 seconds but no need to use Badge of Courage as you can keep healing while invincible with this.
(optional Apoc is Gods Tea or the 2 sprk apoc for chi)

Now then you may be asking is all the actually needed the answer is YES it does its expensive definatly but i have yet to find a cheaper way for this.(mind you a sqaud would be faster as well and less expensive) but like i said this is a guide to solo him

Things to read all chat for
1. Extreme Poison ~ Exactly like the the genie skill. This is an amp and is casted on whomever has aggro at that moment. He says "Ignorant mortals! You're just killing yourselves." when he uses this.(note he will use this at 60% hp left A LOT)

2. AOE Hp reduction debuff ~ 60% sharptooth. He says "Only death can enlighten you with the truth of life." when he uses this.(use summer sprint if avaliable if not use an sutra power orb and then crab meat)

3. AOE seal/debuff(this is a purge skill with massive range have hurc follow you when he uses this so he wont run away from you out of heal range) ~ He says "Soon, you will be one of us." when he uses this.(this is where the Will surge genie skill or Law Breaker helps)

4. AOE phys/mag/damage debuff ~ (when he uses this you MUST rebuff hurc and fast&then use summer sprint sage or a apoc after buffing hurc as well as a crab meat -if your charm didnt tick-) He says "Anyone who dares to challenge the might of the heaven, dies!" when he uses this.

5. Random aggro/stun ~ This IS a random aggro and YOU Must get hit 1 time or he can reset if you run. He says "You are meddling with the fury of the stars." when he uses this.

Guide is as follows:
Lure the GBA boss out of his room and out into the main middle room.
Continue running to the right middle platform summon your hurc and buff it.
By this time you will have likly the boss down there with you and he will likely have either used a debuff or random aggro phrase.
I tend to use a sutra power orb right now and remove the debuff or take the hit then he aggros on hurc who is hitting him.

After I have him to the middle down below I then use follow and lure him to the corner of the room which corner doesn't matter. What does is that you can get him to attack your hurc there and go above on the walkway however you need to make sure you have summer sprint on to make it in time so your hurc wont die (note do not do this when you have hurc debuffed with any debuff from the boss and try to do it when he is relitivly calm meaning not aoeing out his *** currently)

Also the reason for this is because he tends to remain calmer somewhat and give you time to res hurc if he dies and then resend him out again before its to late

IF the boss says the random aggro/stun phrase he will lock on you and you must jump down and take a hit or hope he will be able to use his ranged attack(note he tends to reset more then use the ranged hit)

Once the boss gets to 70% hp you will need to go down to him. However watch out for the amp dmg skill at 60%. Also be on the look out for either the hp+ phy/mag def debuff as either will be bad right now. But if he used all the debuffs amp+hp+phy/mag debuff in that order hurc will die there is no question about it. you will at this point want to have res already going for when he does die which wont be long then use a sutra and rebuff an send hurc back at him. and then use the summer sprint to remove your debuffs and a crab meat then use feral concentration as you will have aggro some time once you half finshed with the feral you will want to use absolute domain. The remaining 2 sprks to hood then go fox form and pot a lot till hurc takes him back which isnt always possible you may die here. as i tend to a lot then rinse and repeat as needed its a complete bish to kill him but possible expensive but hard also if you like a good challenge he is fun.

still have yet to figure a way to kill primal fear LOL or drake fling or harpy I will get back to you on that when I find out also
also on a side note If ya make a barb full arcane gear with the starter wand an faceroll on your keyboard it just might work b:chuckle
