yeah, ofc i sended out a ticket first, but since u got time to respond on the forum but not my ticket i guess that it dosnt really matter huh?

the reason why im writing here is because i forgot the email adress which is registred on the account. so please, help me out =/

    Im pretty sure the people responding to tickets is different from the people moderating the game and forums.
    How long has it been since your ticket was sent?

    i sended it yesterday, but since they can respond on forum so they would b able to respond my ticket right?

    No, there be staff set aside to handle the tickets.
    (Also doesn't it list the email address that be associated with the account when you submit a ticket.....?)

    as u've might seen im online on one account since im able to do posts xD so thats the email i used when i submited a ticket ^^

    Well has you forgotten the other account's info?

    Customer Support helps you with account inquiries like you mentioned. Please be patient, and check on your ticket every day or so. Replies can take 1-5 business days as it is put into a queue. If you spam tickets, they get kicked back to the end of the line.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    well, its the 3rd day today im waiting, and i really hope that the gms are able to help me out.
