What's going on with the lags recently? I am very sure that my drivers are all up to date, no problem at all, before all those patches. b:angry

In certain areas, the lag was so sooo horrible that for every 10 seconds there would be a temporary freeze for about another 10 seconds, that this continues until i leave that area or if i go air borne right up to altitute of 50++.

The worst happened when i attempted to do the TideBorn chain quest just now, the Blood Combat. Straight away when i got tele'ed into that area, i can forget about moving even a step, or rather, moving my cursor. No matter how long i waited, the freeze frenzy went on and on, and i was forced to shut down my computer. b:surrender

I cleared my internet connection cache, reset it, went on to set my game res to the lowest, closed down all unnecessary programmes running at the back.

Any better solutions? b:beg

My problem is not that big on normal maps, except for the Tideborn areas.

The problem kicks in when i entered the TB quest dungeon, Vampire's Domain. Lag or not, i just don't understand why. I can't do the quest at all. It is very horrible. I can dream abt moving in the dungeon, have to painfully inch my mouse towards the tele skill everytime i have the chance to move my mouse, which takes quite some time.

No such problem in Fb dungeons tho.

My buddy was having almost the same problem and it was just after last weeks patch too. Freezing whenever he would just go out and grind. It even made him unable to go into cube cause it would crash repeatedly cause of the horrible freezes.

Try verifying your files its what cured my friends gaming problems if that doesn't work submit a ticket to get more indepth help.

It'll be helpful to us if you tell us some of your computer's information.

    1) What is the make and model number of your computer?

    2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.

    3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.

    4) Copy and paste the top half of your dxdiag into your forum post (that means 50% of the text). If you have Vista, please take out the (TM) (the trademark symbol) out of the text file, as the forums will cut it off and won't display the rest of the text.

If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file. This is important so that we can help you find the right software for your system.

We'll take a look at it, and offer our advice (or our super cool and helpful community might beat us to answering things for you).
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
