Didn't Get Manta Ray after Finishing Quest

So a friend of mine just finished the Quest to get the Flying Manta Ray, but, when she went to complete it, she didn't notice that her inventory was full, so... yeah. She didn't get it.
Is there any way for her to somehow get the manta ray, except for buying one from the cash shop?

    hmm i think if their inventory was full she just need to make 2 or morespace in the mount will appear

    Either that, or he'll just have to make space and go actually finish the quest (as it might not have been finished when it couldn't hand out the reward).

    Also, the free mount can be bought for (I think) 10K in the game. No need to cash shop.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng
