I used to do the servery of the day every day for 59 Zen as most of the other offers did not pay out as they should. Just recently though they seem reluctant to even give me the 59 zen upon completion of the servery. This wouldn't be a problem if you didn't give out your personal details in advance for - nothing.

If anyone has not gotten credit for completion of a offer please leave your story below.

    I used to do those offers back last year when it had more companies than just offerpal.

    They rarely, if ever, pay.

    Just looking at my logs, I must have done over 30 or 40 of these before I finally gave up.

    If you really want that zen, the best way I have found to get it is by contacting offerpal's customer service.
    They'll send you an email about blah blah its your browser settings or whatever and add the zen to your account...
    Of course though they won't continue to do that after a certain number of times.

    I just did two offers for credit monitoring stuff. totalling about 3200 zen.. and they had the nerve to tell me I didnt do it.. after showing them screenshots of my credit card statement and the email I got sent from the offers.

    Offerpal are scam artists. making money hand over fist for free by luring us into offers then never paying.

    Shame too Offerpal has to be subcontracted out to India. Poor Customer Service

    Finally got ahold of someone at Offerpal by phone at about 1pm EST. Nice woman named Jenny. Explained situation. gave her offerpal ID numbers on offers, and she asked for my number and would call me back after reviewing all my replies with proof of completion.

    quick update. called again after 45 minutes. talked to Jenny again. According to her all information shows I did offers, and she is waiting on the accounts manager to get in to verify it with him.

    i tried it once. signed up for a Discover card, within a couple days, I had 5000+ Zen on my account. Yay me b:victory

    I have been 50/50 with offerpal...they'll try everything not to give you the credit sometimes though, but other times they have been good.

    Just keep on at them with all your proof of completion and they'll cough up.

    Just...ALWAYS Screenshot everything you complete lol

    After about another hour I got credit for both offers. Jenny did indeed call me back. So calling works folks lol

    rst couple of months after I joined PWI, the survey of the say ALWAYS paid out as should, and in the correct rough time limit. Of course, this was when i was even able to complete them, as they are run by that shady Ampario name that gets you to input your personal information then fails you at least 90% of the time with completely unrelated questions about alcoholic beverages or snack foods.
    But the last two months or so, the survey of the day doesn't even pay out half the time when i am able to complete it, and the rare chance it does pay out, it takes almost two days, and gives me less zen than the offer advertises.
    As for the "free" offers, many of them are flat out lies. There are enough that have you input personal information, then end up requiring you to complete "Silver, Gold, and Platinum Offers" that require more personal information as well as credit card information. And if you do not complete the "purchased" offers, you do not get your zen, even though the offer says nothing about this, and lists it as "free, no purchase necessary"
    The other offers rarely pay out, and the "Which Avatar Character Are You" quiz has never paid out for me. Furthermore, I have yet to hear of anyone who has taken the quiz actually receiving their zen, and on a few other sites I am a member of(Not all of them are MMO's either) that also use OfferPal, I have read many people's reports of not recieving pay from that particular offer, while I have seen none successfully being paid.
    Which brings me to another point. These "free offers, especially the "quizzes" advertise that you "complete the free quiz, get your zen" yet say nothing about ALSO being required to give personal information.

    I wish PWI would finally see that OfferPal is scamming people left and right, and realize that if it continues, one of these days an underaged PWI player is going to unintentionally cause their parents/legal guardians to become victims of identity theft and/or fraud due to these "offers" and that could result in some major lawsuits.
    Personally, I don't see why PWI doesn't at least offer a voting system, where you get paid maybe like 10-50 silver once every 12 or 24 hours per IP address for voting for one of their games as the top MMO, or something along that line.

    You are so right. I myself used to do servery of the day every day and it would pay out. Now it seems it does not. Ontop of that I have tried a lot of the free offers and not gotten zen for completing them, I do feel like this is a big scam and should defiantly be looked into

    the trick is to try to find what types of offers work for you. Some will never pay out, and some always do

    the 29 point free offers tend to always pay out for me, as well as the 65 point free offers

    the problem is, they tend to only pay out once in a 24 hour period, no matter how many you do, but you can earn around 100 zen a day, once you figure out what works

    Yes, but that isn't the point lol. The point is people who do attempt other offers and fill in THEIR personal details or give credit card details for nothing in return is called a "scam" and I do not think in any way or form it should be allowed.

    i did the 1487 zen offer for getting the 14 day trial for real's superpass.

    i completed it, got the confirmation email, and no payout. it also didn't show up in the "missing zen?" link until like 10 hours after i completed it.

    i posted about it, and notified via missing zen on offers when it came out. hopefully i'll get paid out -.-

    after hearing this i don't think i'm going to do any more zen offers above 100

    I decided to test these complaints about this service because I want Gold but don't want to spend lots of money only to find out that next week it's on sale for half price and I'm screwed. I'm waiting for a sale and in the mean time, I figured, why not.

    I did at least 10 diferent offers and got credit for 1. I sent in the support ticket and got an auto reply. The reply told me to reply to that email if I had issues, but that they would get back to me shortly. I sent them in screen shots of the exact path I followed and proof that I had completed surveys, filled in information, got results and final navigation pages, and earned my ZEN. I got 1 response .. ever. The 1 response said they could not see my automated proof that I had done the survey so they could not give me my ZEN. I replied and told him I had set him screenshots and sent in TONS of proof in said e-mail. No response. I have since sent in a combined total of 18 emails to "support" about the 50 some-odd times I did a survey (with proof mind you) and got NO ZEN for it ... and have never gotten anything except an automated reply since. I have 17 unresponded e-mails to their "customer service" and NO RESPONSES. I wanted to write an e-mail to PWI about the situation but after hours of searching I cannot find a way to write their "customer service".

    Obviously this company (both Offerpal and PWI) are scam artists working together to steal people's identities and personal information and only give any form of reward once in a blue moon so that you blame yourself for "not doing it right" when the times DON'T pay out. I have tons of proof, ... screenshots and video of the whole process I performed start to finish (a program called fraps that records anything on your monitor), and nobody cares about this blatant fraud going on. If you are smart you will just stop playing this fraud of a game if you have ANY intention of buying or "earning" (yeah right) ZEN. This game is good for one thing, .. free.

    I would really appreciate a member of PWI's "customer service" answering for all these unresponded e-mails to Offerpal and their non-compliance with me doing EXACTLY what I was supposed to and getting NO ZEN. If the really aren't scam artists, they will do so and REWARD ME with my missing 2000+ ZEN.

    PS: Yeah right!
