Do I really have to wait until lvl 34 to learn this spell again?!

I reached lvl 29 and was excited to learn Dragon's breath, only to see that I didn't have enough spiritual points for it. So, I decided to level up one of my other spells before realizing I also had Wellspring and Distance shrink available. But now that I leveled a skill the options became inactive.

Does that means I just need spirit points or do I have to wait another eternity? That would be the only thing from keeping Perfect world 'perfect'. -_- Or can I get more points from a spirit quest and come back before lvl 30.

    Just get spirit points and level the other skills you want.

    When it says Dragon's Breath --> 29, 34, 39, etc...

    It refers to the level.
    You can be lvl 30 and still learn dragon's breath (lvl 1), but not lvl 2.
    When you are lvl 34, you still have to learn dragon's breath (lvl 1), but you can also then lvl it again (lvl 2) afterward.

    Wow, what a relief. I thought it referred to the times one can learn it in case they missed the first time and the times when they could level up (if they learned it already). Shows I'm still a newbie. Oh well, I'll learn.

    If you have the required cultivation level it just requires the right amt of coin, spirit, and requisite skills. Simple as that. At low levels you sadly find yourself short of spirit, so the ideal thing is find a few skills to "specialize" in until spirit becomes more plentiful later on.
