Unable to Connect/Moved Countries

I just moved from the US to Scotland for uni and I'm now unable to log into my account. o.O It says the servers are online, but when I try to log in, I just get the count-down. I'm using my dorms Wi-Fi, so would that have anything to do with it?

    could be the game is blocked by the college wifi. best bet is to ask the it dept on monday (if they aren't available over the weekend)

    That probably be your problem.
    Contact your local tech human person for more infos.
