Axe/Fist bm/ VS. Spear/axe Bm which is better for PvE and TW

Hello every this is Tarus, in need of help Atm im lvl 47 and curently useing Axes thats thats it and im pretty much gr8 on that partt but my seconded wepon to choose from is either a spear or Fist which do yall prefier for a Pve/Tw Build..... and what lvl do i swicth and could i do it with out restating and when i do.. am i still able to wear my lvl axes or will they be lower lvl then my max lvl?

    Umm if Axe/Fist (3 str 2 dex) is an option why not just go Axe/Fist/Pole...

    Pole to purge cata Barbs
    Axes to HF cata Barbs
    Fists to kill cata Barbs

    Though the price for the purge pole is a bit stiff now thanks to the major spike in GBA cost b:sad

    (The purge pole is one of the worst things I've ever purchased. I'd be hard pressed to believe that the proc is 5% on it, as I've hit things far more than 20 times without any sign of a purge. ><)

    But yeah, get 'em all. If you're worried about the beginning-middle of the game where you've got limited money and SP, focus on axes and fists - polearms, to me, are more of a luxury item in the sense that they're not crucial, but fun to have.

    yea but with all of that said and about the stat part would need to restat it stats are vit = 47, str = 151, dex = 47 would i need restat to get the build for fist/axe? i would still like to have to deff or and hp that the vit would provide but then the dex would increase the evas. and acc. or my character?? hmm..

    bring down ur vitality and raise dexterity-3 strenght-2 for the ability of fist/pole/axe

    Polearm is only good against AA or LA. It's more for the lulz than serious PK. Lunar pole only hurts if it zerk crits, and unless you're lucky you're not likely going to kill any end-game heavies with it. Just get lol'd at a bit.

    Well 6 of the 8 classes are AA/LA. Obviously I'm not gonna use a pole on anything that isn't ranged (ie barbs, BMs, and sins), but it's incredibly useful against everything except those 10x wizzies who have more friggin' physical defense than I do.

    ^This sucks. I already got the Dragonlance and was going to farm up to purge spear but 8 GBAs are hard to get now. I only use spear for push and Farstrike anyways so I don't fancy spending ~60 mil for a zerk pole. From the sounds of it, it'd be a waste of time trying to purge someone with the pole anyways since the chance is so low and you might as well punch away. Idk what to get for endgame pole now... b:surrender

    I have the interval pole... it was cheap, I got it at AH for 50k and had a friend craft it. The next BH100, I got the mold drop for free... oh well.

    I'd get the 99 debuff instead, as it actually IS useful and does work some of the times... but I'm too lazy to farm. I've pretty much given up PWI except to chat with a few people.
