    At least they're consistent

    1. PWI creates bug

    2. Users profusely complain about bug

    3. Mods Create complaint thread for users to vent and lock all others.

    4. PWI creates new bug

    5. Complaint thread is unstickied and complaint thread for new bug takes its place.


    I think they hope the new bugs will make you forget the old bugs.

    Well, you've all had your chance to complain about this issue and now this thread dies and your complaints fade into history while the issues remain.

    I move for a continual bumping of this thread just to show them how annoying this whole concept it.

    This company has established a new low in the area of listening to customer input. Even fast food chains do better then this.

    Just reset the name colors and get rid of the boxes that identify which chat it is, and also make it so the escape key deletes all text in the box, I used that very frequently.

    I'd take a glitch like that again, at least it didn't give me a headache looking at them...

    i really didnt mind the new UI personally. but to create a sticky to alleviate spam then unsticky in hopes it will die without even really addressing the situation one way or the other is just plain irresponsible.

    what about the fact each patch over the last month has had UI changes.. but i suppose that is not addressing the situation - personally I didnt like the change, but they have been putting in fixes to at least make the interface readable again.

    At this point I think it's safe to assume that the new interface isn't going anywhere. The crappy, hard to follow chat colors and tags, as well as the Fisher Price look of the fonts is going to stay.

    TY for implementing a change that helped out .1% of the half blind player base, and annoyed 80%. However, your sandbox, I just play in it, so I'll have to live with it.

    I'm reminded of just how finely crafted a MMO I chose to play every time I kill a mob, or enter an area where the name far exceeds the space given in the display box. Every click on a catshop that gives me a rectangle for the name that extends twice the width of the vendor window to the right of that window brings to light just how much attention to detail the code monkeys here have. I don't even remember what Orchid Temple looked like before the random blue cubes in place of grass started appearing.

    Why does it take so long to get things like this corrected anymore? When things were leading up to the release of Age of Spirits, and then Rising Tide, there were several 'whoops' moments with tweaks to the UI similar to what's happened now, but they usually got fixed within 2 updates at the most. Why are we going on months to get piecemeal fixes done?

    I know you guys don't want to get involved in tossing out troll food by replying to each and every posting on these threads, but why even start them if nothing is going to come from them? I can't speak for everyone, but I'm not looking for a 'Yes Tuna, we'll get it fixed right away.' all I'm saying is that it would be nice to get a little communication on whether or not these things are being looked at.

    I was really hoping this was a mistake and would be restored as well. I have gotten (sort of) used to the chat tags and understand they are here to stay, but things like this seem to have no reason to have been changed.

    Please change it back.
