1 Char won't be ble to logged in

It only happen in my 1 char after leaving it waiting for it to go to it place(using the quest bar green link)

After it crash i says:

    Well i am able to log in the game. I can play other char.But my char Hiina can't.After i click start the game the game would load.Then there game 30sec(don't know the complete) the screen is still black the after entering(after the saying 30 sec elapsed?)the game would close.The thing i say about would show about another try.Please help i just don't want to start another veno...

    How do i reinstall? Well is that really the answer?I can open other char on same server,same account, well it also sometime says unable to update try other patch server?
    Well the last link i also click is jade hairpin wich tells me to kill skelevanized warlock?

    K,i'm already installing but my question is still why i can't logged my char in?
    I can logged in my other char smoothly..
    Well i want to know for me to prevent this from happening again..
    Just a question, well i live in philipines does this anything have do to with this?

    Finished installing too bad, its still won't work after the entering perfect world it still close.
    Well the report bug says:

    I now solved it.so it happens that i die while flying.

    Well i just adjust the graphics and able to play anyway thanks ^^
