building PvE psy. how am i doing?

hey guys. so been here for awhile. level 50. been doing okay, but i'd like some opinions as this is actually my first character, stats and skills for ya. be as blunt as you need to. suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Its ok so far. Well here are some pointers:
    - If you find that you die too many times, and you feel squishy, add some vit... mine is 20-35 (with equipment on).
    - Level black voodoo, landslide, sandburst blast and glacial shards to max. They are your nuke hitting spells/buff.
    - Only level torrent, sandtrap, bubble of life and white voodoo if you have spirit and coins to spare. (For white voodoo, level it to 5 or max is up to ya, cause leveling to 10 is gonna make your attack power crappy...)
    - NEVER EVER level "soul of" spells, they are worthless after leveling. Keep it at level 1 until hitting level 89.
    - Try to level the aqua and earthen spirit as much as you can, though I know its far expensive... (never level my up alot...lol b:surrender)
    - Remember to safe lots of coins (at least 700K...b:shocked) for your 5 level 59 spells...... They will eat your coins and spirits like hell...
    - Once you get Earth Vector, also level it to the max

    40 strength it's a bit high. considering that you need max 54 endgame I suggest putting only mag for the next levels (unless you need it of course)

    torrent lvl 4

    landslide lvl 6 if you grind you might want to max it
    aqua cannon lvl 2 dont level it until later (glacial shards/sandburst blast have priority)
    sandtrap lvl 3
    glacial shards lvl 2
    aqua spirit lvl 5
    earthen spirit lvl 5

    soon you will mainly use glacial shards/sandburst blast as your main attacks.
    having them at lvl10 is awesome -but also expensive.
    personally i leveled the spirits before those thinking that they affect every attack and not only 2 spells.
    the DoTs are very useful, especially combined with white voodoo (they are not affected by it so you can have a lvl10 WV and still do some decent dmg)

    soul of retaliation actually does something so it's useful to level it up.

    oo, forgot that one....lol... ye, for soul of retaliation, if you want to, level them, cause they reduce part of the damage at level 1 and return back almost the same amount of damage back plus any negative status buff cast onto us.

    Soul of Silence increases the time silenced as it's leveled up, too.

    Granted it's only a difference of 2.1 seconds (level 1) to 3 seconds (level 10), but it still changes. D:

    Well, I can say that only soul of retaliation is worth leveling if you have spare spirits and coins since its gonna reduce the damage you take and retaliate almost the same amount backwards and each level increases the damage absorption and retaliation.

    I would not advice leveling soul of silence since a +0.1 second each level is not gonna affect much until hitting level 89 and also get the sage book... which would immediately increase it to 5 seconds upon learning it...b:surrender

    You do know that getting the sage book means you have to get it to level 10 anyway, right?

    Not sure if u know or not but umm,It only returns negative status effect on the person who cast it if the skill the psych gets hit with does damage as well as a negative status effect...So in other words a Bms roar would stun u,And u wouldnt be able to reflect that back=)

    And thanks LittIewg for helping me explain it better... cause I only got soul of retaliation like 4 days ago... I know that a spell casting negative buffs without damage would not be reflected and instead you would get the debuff with soul of retaliation still on...(learned it the hard way) b:sweat

    I actually go as far as bothering my friends when we were waiting for squad for fb/bh to test which skill can be reflected and which cannot back when I just got it. The first thing came to mind was this skill is bugged and there are some skill cannot be reflect and some can, then after talking and sharing about psychic skills bugs on forum, I came to the other conclusion =/

    Wow, nice one... I battled a boss to realise that soul of retaliation can't reflect without damage. (that is in squad) b:surrender
