Game Log-in problem

Hi,

Today I tried to log into my game account and I kept getting the error: “incorrect account name or password”.

However, the same account and password were working properly yesterday. I can still log into the website with the same account name and password just fine.

I tried many things:

1. I changed my password through the website.
2. I tried verifying the game files.
3. I went through your website for trouble shooting and FAQ questions and answers.
4. I also tried logging into my account from another machine but I got the same error.
5. Finally, I tried logging in to different account, and I was able to log in normally.

It seems the problem is with my account itself. Please note that I’m not banned, so that can’t be the cause.

I’m unable to access my game account anymore. Please help me urgently.

    Finally after 24 hours I could log-in my game account, but I still want to know why I wasn’t able to do so before, and am worried it will happen again. :s

    Shall I make another account and go through the fuss or re-leveling my characters & shifting my gear over there?

    Imperius were u able to access ur game account yet?

    I am having this problem now. Everything was fine until about 10 minutes ago... I was "booted" so I quickly changed my password (in case of hackers) and still no go.

    Odd thing is I just placed a dispute on Paypal because I did not receive Zen that I had purchased. Seems sort of odd to me that Id suddenly get kicked after that... hmm.

    ive been trying to get into game for abou 14 hours now, but it always says "client already running, plz exit and try again" im sick and tired of this cuz i need to work on my faction, plz advise

    Please help me how to solve this!My PW is running but if i click the start it will not run and it says that gamelog failure..what i will do to dis failure?

    can login in WEBSITE.
    can`t playing >>>in game `incorrect user name or password`\

    same Sick tired too
    I got my password and actived my account 213213123 times ago I cant play but new1 plays
    WTF ?

    incorrect username or password when trying to login to the game.

    Just making sure so I can pass this on to the GMs, you are experiencing this issue while trying to log into Perfect World International, right?

    Glad I'm not the only one who has this problem. I've tried numerous times and still get incorrect username and password.

    I tried using an old account to login w/ and no dice. I made a new account and still nothing. Is there a reason why the game would reject two accounts?

    I have the same problem its really bothering me although i was only lvl 20 i still worked hard to get that far. I also had a faction and had bought stuff really important to me. Im going to try again later.
