Styren Leader quest

So I got this level 94 quest asking me to deliver a letter to the Styren Lord in Lothranis.

When I arrived at the location indicated on the quest (420, 601), I see no NPC to talk to, there's nothing there, just a building standing there.

Is the quest info wrong? Is that a bug where the NPC is missing?

Anyone know anything about this quest?

    woops misthought which quest you were referring to, not sure/nvm thought you were referring to quantum rings owner quest which is in fb99 heaven where the npc only appears if its unwined

    I know it is necro'ing but I did a search and this is the thread that came up. Is there an answer from anyone that might know?

    happened to me. I went out of range and came back to the spot on ground, running. The npc loaded then. that npc seems to disappear a lot when traveling by mount.

    I am pleased this got necroed - I flew in to the NPC and had the same problem. The solution was to move out of the zone and walk back in, as Papacharino said. The NPC was slow to show up even then!

    it happenned to me too. i was like wtf, there's no npc, how am i suposed to do this...
    but i read this and went far away as you guys told to do. it worked.
