Lol late night rant...share your stories of annoyance.

I got in a really bad fc party tonight, and i mean REALLY bad, we had a wizard and archer pulling aggro back and forth from terror claw the entire time as the barb just kind of sat there pawing at him as if he were a ball of string. But what ever, ive got used to people not controlling their dps long ago

The thing that ticked me off majorly during this run happened during, i forget his name, but the wolf one, you know...SUPER....MIGHTY....POWERFUL....WHIRLING . We actually had our barb, and later some of our dd die during him due to that move(yes it seems running backwards is hard). and they were blaming me... sorry dudes, i cant heal 1 shots( i even managed to rez everyone and stream them fast enough to keep squad from wiping). Whats even worse, is the ones who died was groaning and complaining about how with my rez (10) they lose like an entire .3%. DEAR GOD NO not .3%.

Later on they got me killed by failing to kill the hands -.- party wipe, and ******* about the exp loss they suffered once more...do they not realize that every time i die to their stupidity or even my own..my class loses the full blunt of the exp? If i can shrug it off, surly they can.

Pretty much, if your not a cleric, you dont have the right to complain about exp loss from death...and even if you are one, you should't.

My response: No, you don't have to deal with that ****, honestly. I had a similar FC Squad earlier, and when I got the first hint that it was going downhill (IE:Barb nearly died on first pull), I left. Simple solution is, if you deal with these idiots, for whatever reason, just leave and let them QQ.

Hehe im not actutally mad at all, just bored and wanted to see if anyone else was annoyed by people like this.

Leaving parties is something i really should do moreXD But i dono i dont like leaving peopel high and dry like that...even if they are fail, its weird huh lol.

you are not leaving them high and dry. You are excercising your right to choose a squad which knows what it's doing rather than a squad that fails at the first hurdle - different a low level squad who is still learning, but imho a squad 80+ should be more than aware of how to handle themselves. Even if they were newbies to FC, before each main room they should know to ask what's coming up next - squad chat is there for a reason other than shouting HEAL ME

People that ***** about ANY xp loss in a FC squad should be booted.... if they aint even hypering why the hell are they even there?

Archo has gotten a HUGE flux of crappy FCers since hypers became so cheap.

My response: No, you don't have to deal with that ****, honestly. If he had posted it in the general topic forums, this would be true. But this is nearly a daily problem for us clerics, so we are more understanding.

with a teribad squad just shoot your pixelbird and gtfo, or since this is the passive agressive fourum "DC" by foceing log (mid pull ofc) and play on your alt a bit

have highest dps toon tank bosses are weak anyways

dont run with WC squads

As someone just said, if this happens: you do not res, you give them the proverbial finger (or two), and leave.

I've said this more than once but you should not ever, ever, EVER take abuse from other people. Not in reality, and certainly not in a game. I've left before, even during bosses or pulls (in FC, TT, BH, whatever), when people pissed me off. If they think you're a bad cleric for "leaving them high and dry," you tell the pathetic ****heads to go straight to hell, and don't feel bad for doing so. b:victory

In all seriousness, I agree. Point out their own stupidity; a barb need chi to hold aggro as well as bramble. There is still a high chance that wizards and archers will still take that aggro. Both can moderate their damage. Yes, this means it might take "longer," but when the squad members die, and especially if there is a squad wipe, you realize it took a shorter amount of time to just hold back the damage.

If they still can't take a clue, just leave and point out the fact that you are not required to resurrect them. If they trash talk you in world chat, black- listing is your friend. No one ever remembers those names in world chat anyway. b:laugh

It would seem that this barb is fail.. My barb has never been 1 shotted by him. I usually have 2-3k hp left after taking a hit from him.. in any case I never blame my clerics if I die. I usually blame the DD's for not controlling their damage and making me have to do some superman shuffs to save their @sses resulting in my death..

In the past runs that I've done the squads were pretty good or they just didn't cause much trouble but I remember one when my Cleric was about lvl 58-59. That's when BHs were first implemented and I was all excited.
A BM was tanking (lvl 59 or so) but he was never waiting for me. The squad itself never waited for me to buff them. By the time I had joined the squad they were already cleaning up. I kept shouting for them to stop so I can buff them but they didn't listen so I just gave up. Until the BM woke up and asked for buffs. He kept going ahead of everyone and was QQing that I didn't heal him and when we went through a mass mob attack he died because he was far away and I had to keep the rest of the squad alive. Of course he complained about how I should be faster and do my job. I think I also died there once.
Anyway, we reached Farren and he started talking about "what's the plan" and adressed to me as if I'm stupid or I don't understand english or something. I bite my tongue and finish my job (that time it was one boss per day for BH) but ever since then I hated myself not leaving them in the middle of the boss.

I never let myself go through that again.

Being a cleric myself, i dont like fail clerics... clerics who dont know how/when to heal, period. If most of you claim to know how, then show that you do and play ur cleric as it was meant to be, heal ur squad.

The only exception i can agree is when there is more than 1 cleric, obviously 1 can DD and support heal, no biggie there. But when both are doing DDs and no heals goin on, wtf... Seroiusly, someone please communicate who is doing what.

Now i do have another cleric with lvl1 res, yes yes im serious... And being an experienced cleric i can keep my squad alive... the only time someone dies is not because of me, but because of their own stupidity. No one told you to run off to wonderland expecting me to play catch up. And dont complain bout how ur charm ticked... hellooooo, charms do that regardless... if you dont like ur charm tickin then dont f'n put a charm on! Simple as that! So please sthu already. Goin back to my lvl1 res, i do mention to them i have, normally i get the "lol o.0" And i tell them, if you die, not my fault but ur own, so play smart and not be a dodo bird.

Usually in bh runs i have some good clerics doin their job and i make it a point to let them know how much a great job they did at healing me and the res of the party. And on occasion i get my appreciation (when im the cleric).

Anyways, i fully support our fellow clerics. So if anyone dies in the squad, its not ur fault, but their stupidity.b:bye

THIS. Ugh lol it happens to me all the time in fc. We will be starting out, or finishing a boss that clears buffs and i will aoe buff. The bms usually run off on their own away from my buffs..i mean REALLY how hard is it to stand still for 10 secs , its not like our buffs are subtle either lol. -.- but then before a big pull they will moan and complain about not having buffs and i'll have to aoe buff again for just one person...they tend to freak if they get single buffs lol -.-

Oh yeah how much I hate it. Well, luckily in my latest squads I didn't have to face with this problem because it's either BH69 or 79 where we have to wait for everybody to pay for the wine.
When I'm helping in some low level FB/BH and they rush in without my buffs I just shrug now. I try to buff them during the run and if the complain I simply tell them that standing still a few seconds doesn't hurt. l

Now i do have another cleric with lvl1 res, yes yes im serious...

Honetly I wish I had left Revive at level 1 too but I was eager to level it up back then because I wanted to help my friends (which don't play much/at all anymore).

I shoot my bird to all who disrespect Clerics in this manner. Clerics are the most sacrifical class in game and should be treated with reverance. I always make Clerics feel like the demigods they are.
(unless I come across the occasional fail one who's f8cking around on AIM when they should be healing, and then say it's my fault that I'm not on Skype to let them know they need to get their lazy *** back into the game and activate their heal macro /end rant)
