WQ, to me, has this weird habit of being a semi-afk thing. Even if I fly all the time, I still need to check ingame every 10mins or so to see if I've arrived yet, which disturbs whatever I'm doing. I've had instances where a WQ took me 4 hours to finish, because I would end up AFK-ing over the NPC for like half an hour doing homework and stuff. I only do it when I'm either too bored to quest/BH, or when I'm doing something where distractions won't be a bother, like watching Youtube

I usually use my wq time to catch up on anime and episodes of whatever airs on fox that I missed.

See that's what I loved about it, I could do homework and it wouldn't matter to me. Everytime I think about I'd go check it, click and go back to whatever I was doing. XD

P.S. Also BH didn't exist then.

I only do WQ's if i'm in a good mood to do one or if I have nothing else to do and I have something to watch during that time.

I can take me about 55 mins - 1 hour and 25 mins counting if the books get skipped and if I'm even able to finish the WQ.

But most of the time I don't do them because they take so long and most of the time I don't have time to do it. b:surrender

Eh, I only do WQ when I'm not in a mad dash to make a ton of coin. When I do do it though, only takes about 30 mins or less since I TP around a lot.

As an experiment we did it using teleporters and tele stones once, took about 12 minutes to complete. Cost a freaking fortune though

It takes players different amounts of time depending on their aerogears, mounts, skips, and how much they teleport. But few people so far have made any good guesses on how far in distance WQ is. b:chuckle How many meters do you think WQ is from vol.1 to 30 with no skips. b:sin

You just need to send your character auto-pathing to the next vol. at the beginning and half way point in the show. Then it will be like this: one episode of anime = two part of wq

I do not participate in teleport quest anymore. Not on my main not on my alts either. hypers have obsoleted the point of WQ... just get 5 of those and goto frost.

well i think wq is a good way to get exp if you keep the game on even tho you re not paying attention. i must ve lvled at least once with wq alone, while i was too busy to sit still and play.

Well, depending on your luck you can skip nothing to 2/3'ds of WQ, but how much you skip isn't everything, its WHAT you skip is what can be the real speed demon. Say you're on 8 and you skip 9 and 10 vs 8 getting 9, then skipping 10 and 11. Yesterday I pretty much got perfect skipping. Started at 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 12, 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 27, 30. I skipped several out of the ways like 10/11 and 15/16. 2-5 I usually teleport since the newb areas are cheap. I usually throw a fit when I skip one but not both for 20/21 or 22/23 since they are so close to each other a skip doesn't really matter.

But I don't do WQ everyday, Takes over an hour not teleporting so I only do it when I'm bored or am doing something else at or near the computer. I mean days where I don't get skips I ragequit and don't do it again for several days. You can just grind mosnters for exp and money with that kind of time.

And I just came for the DQ tread were player cried because dq price went down 20%. This quest is so amazing at proving people don't want to work there *** to level. Whit the token for wine and token to go around pretty much any money hook in this game, this quest only prove that the higher u get, the more your coin income is base on ZEN. 3 Hours of AOE grind in 450k coins for me right now. and around 3.2 % exp, WQ gives 2.1% right now, not worth the lost time.

On the other hand I do like to play on the PS while my character fly. :P

But I have to say that back when there were no BH, this quest was a saver.

Workdays I don't tend to have long periods of time to play, so wq works quite nicely.

In the morning I can start the first few volumes while I get ready for work.

I come home for a short while at lunchtime to continue.

Then, after work and dinner, I can usually finish it off while I get ready to go out for the evening. Meaning that some days all I am able to do is wq...hence..."wouldn't be able to level without it!"

I don't use hypers, and only FF like once or twice a week so I do wq every day. Since i take rep reward for bh, wq/cs along with OHT/OUF dailys make up the entirety of my daily xp gain. 1.3% or so.

I have frozen sparkles and my 79 skill, plus i tele most of it so its quick some days. Other days I poke at it during commercials watching DVR TV and it takes all night.

I do spend time grinding, but mostly for coin/wraith spirits. Except now its 2x so its actually worth it for xp. 2 shotting spiders, or 3 shotting phantoms of grudge when i can.

When its not 2x I usually farm high mats for coin since its less of a drain on mp pots b:cry

It may be boring but as I literally have no other quest to do but wave 5 culti, I might as well do wq.

I spend more time each day in a 5/6 RB squad waiting for a barb to never show up than wq takes lol

Yes I do. When I wanna be lazy.
Doesn't take me long if I don't forget to restore the window every now and then to move on to the next point.
Yes, it gives me an excuse to plow through my backlogs of anime series from previous seasons (;_; don't think I'll catch up though).

I WQ almost daily on my mount, taking the opportunity to restock on herbs and mats. Mats in some way or another wind up making me money, while herbs generally go into regen pots for my alts (so they can spend more time grinding/questing for coin and less time farming their own herbs).

Yes I too did WQ's & am thinking it is almost a waste of time for 0.5% Exp. Though if I'm bored I'll run it for kicks. Then off2Hell to grind out some more flyin critters, drop2pick & then back to the air.

Yes I too, did WQ's for most my upper division levels. I have found though, that 0.5% Exp is almost not worth the effort any longer lest I am completely bored. One can usually find me in Hell whoopin` on flying mobs, drop2pick mines & then back to the air for that extra % Exp on flyin critters
