Why I will boycott this sexist game

These are the reasons why I will not be playing this game anymore:
Very minor, because I've come to expect this from MMOs. Female avatars are always dressed in the skimpiest armour possible. The kind that in RL would provide no protection at all. While the male avatars are fully armoured. Whatever, like I said I've come to expect this (as well as all the female NPC's having the largest possible endowments).
Moving on... next I noticed was the fact that in order to carry another player you have to be a male character. There a number of females I know that can carry rather large men (myself included) and still look as sexy as you men need to see all the time. Very well, I thought I would overlook this.
The beast class is another sexist element. This is quite obvious due to the fact that one cannot choose a female form of this, and that the beast carry other players.
Then I noticed the sexist quests start popping up. "My Obese Sweetheart" is simply offensive. This is seriously the best idea for a quest you developers could come up with? I was perplexed that, in addition to this, there is the argument between a male and a female NPC, the end of which proved the male right. Well, given the previous elements that I differ with, is just more evidence of the sexist developers.
I don't know if this is a byproduct of Japanese society but it seems to me that for a game claiming to be "international" more care and attention would be paid to NOT offending the female players that could bring in money to your company.
In addition to the above sexism are the development and coding errors that constantly come up. The developers are simply lazy and incompetent. I do not expect this post to be up for long. But I had to try and air my objections, so that some can see it... even though I doubt anyone would care.

Females can be wrong too, you know? b:surrender And if you were talking of that Etherblade quest between the blacksmith and the tailor, the outcome depends on which you choose to talk to (the Elder gives you a choice). If you choose the blacksmith, the blacksmith ends up being right. If you choose the tailor, its her who is right in the end. And both of them are right, if you choose to kill the woman's mobs, she turns out right; if you can the man's mobs, he turns out right.

btw, where is animal control? i think this game brokes animal rights. Wolves, pandas, lions, tigers they all have to be a punching bags. Oh and i dont even talk about quests where u need to kill some mutated wolves, turtles..Is this game trying to teach u kill animals? /sarcasm

That's why it's possible in a GAME. This Perfect World Internation MMORPG is a game, it doesn't have to be any close to real life in similarities what so ever.

The fact that you cant carry low level male chars is pretty inconvenient tho. Sucks you cant get a free ride to a bigger city unless you have ****. I wanna have a female barb to, a black panther.
Fashion and armor in this game is not that **** tho. I mean i can see the freaking nipples and a shaved (dont know what to write here without getting banned lol) almost the uterus on some girls in tiny fashion in real life. Some femme fash in PWI is even prude, my grandma would approve. The armor 90+ for females is actually not even feminine, its butch.

Now, i do understand there are many legitimate reasons to complain about this game and that its chauvinistic, sexist outlook certainly invites condemnation. Some criticism you yourself acknowledge as being part of well established societal values (the skimpy clothing on the female chars) but really, complaining about a quest were little research would have shown you to have jumped to the wrong conclussion does show an unfair bias. Yes, female chars not being able to carry or embrace males (or their own gender for that matter) is unfair. But you do seem to have missed the point such errors occur within a cultural context, which also continues to prevail in the West making your xenophobic remarks unnecessary. You do not seem to have had an issue with character creation not allowing you to create models outside of certain beauty standards. You do not seem to have had a problem with the marriage system imposing a heterosexual norm upon all players.
What you're doing is simply complaining on the same vein of empowerment aspirations that not only did enormous harm to the Women's Rights movement through the 20th century, but which disfigured the image of femeninity to the point it alienated many of its suporters and hindered the legitimate fight of many women. These are the so called "feminists" that ostracized single mothers and stereotyped as "house wives" and "****" those women that did not conform to their view. If you want to make a legitimate complaint about an MMO you should at least familiarize yourself with its context and the circumstances of its development. That you mistook this game as Japanese obviously shows you didn't even bother to read the game's Wikipedia entry...
