Weapon error

i use a weapon Heretic banishing pataka, but when i sometiems turn my cam the stick part of the weapon disappears....heres a screen shot of the error im seeing....it only happends sometimes when the cam is changed but if its faceing another direction something it can be seen other times not...anyone know whats wrong? also the skulls on it dispeared to ._. makes me a sad panda b:cry
