Should I bother starting a player in Lost City? Or is there so much newb pk going on that I won't level?

    You can only PK at level 30+
    So as long as you're below level 30, you're safe from PKers. But once you get there, I think you have enough experience to avoid PKers until you can PK them yourself. Also, there are a lot of Safe Zones where you can't PK. It should say 'Entering Safe Zone' and 'Leaving Safe Zone' whenever you enter or leave one.

    In PvE servers, PvP is optional even over level 30.

    I know PK is only available at level 30, but my main concern is will there be campers in newb spots such quest spots such as heavens tear city, which is also the 40+ grind spot. I remember coming to this server before and there was a lot of this a few months ago. But since the server was relatively new I'm wondering if it's still like this.

    Of course there are. That's what PK servers/channels are all about.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng

    It's not really a biggie.. You'll get pked around silver pool and anglers village but that's about it.

    Of course, IF you get red or pink, you'll get pked more often :)
    U don't get red/pink if you pk someone who is colored like that.
