Cant change password

I forgot my special questions awnser.....now i know my password but i cant rember my answer...so i cant change my password >.< is there a way for a mod to e-mail me that answer ? i know my password i just forgot what i put down for the question ._. and without that i cant change my account....could a mod please e-mail me that info? to the e-mail i used to make my account please?

    I tryed that, it doesnt list a option for forgetting your screat question password >.< is there someone i can speak to in a chat about this or something? iim kinda lost on how to sumit the ticket when it doesnt list my problem.


    edit: still trying but that part of the site is a tad bit confuseing....manged to find the right page hope this works

    edit2: ok found right part of site and submited the problem.....just one question how will they contact me?

    Ok got a e-mail and they didnt help at all , all i was told to do was try to rember the awnser >.<

    This is a security method. I also needed 2 weeks to remember the answer.

    Yea but its been over a year and i still cant rember it and i wanteds ot change my pass every now and then since the game suggests it.....shouldnt the fact i use my accounts e-mail be enough?

    This is the policy mate. I`m sorry, but I can't help you. Your only option is to speak with GM, but since they responded your ticked I don't think they will be able to do much more.

    yea but all i was told to do was rember....yet i can soo it didnt help a bit >.<
